Location is great and lots of shopping places surround. We love this hotel, easy to go to MTR it is great for business trip and pleasure. The room is very good with new furnitures and classic style, and most importantly it is not tiny as we had before with reasonable price (if you booked earlier). Love the services quick and effective. We are sure that next time in Hong Kong we will book at the Park hotel again.

The price of the hotel was pretty cheap. They forced us to pay for 2 beers we did not consume. We told them they we transfered to the cabinet. We even showed it to the housekeeping. But it still took time for the front desk to believe us which was frustrating.
Shopping Tip : There are many small shops near Park Hotel.

I love the location, it is easy to access MTR so you can go to anywhere in HK. I also love the love it is new and fresh (not too tiny). there are no concerned here. they are still improvement. We love this hotel, easy to go to MTR it is great for business trip and pleasure. The room is very good with new furnitures and classic style, and most importantly it is not tiny as we had before with reasonable price (if you booked earlier). Love the services quick and effective. We are sure that next time in Hong Kong we will book at the Park hotel again.

Good location,close to Subway,East Tsimshatsui,and heart of Tsimshatsui.Clean rooms,newly renovated. Still under renovation,reception area not convenient.
Some noisiness. Overall good hotel for the money.Rooms are Clean and relatively spacious.Newly renovated.Restaurant facility is limited and small though.The reception area is small and inconvenient on the 4th. floor.Some dust and noise from the renovations
Location is very convenient.Walking distance to Subway station, and to Nathan Road,which is the main shopping street in Tsimshatsui.It is also very close to East Tsimshatsui area.

Clean and good size rooms, Staff are willing to help. Good management. Good price through Agoda. More of a 3 star hotel then 4 stars one. Small T,V. No lobby. Thin walls so you can share what's going on in the rooms beside you. A nice hotel in Hong Kong standards. not really a 4 Stars one but certainly a good 3 Stars one. Very good location and friendly staff. Good showers and clean. For the good price I got through Agoda it was worth the stay. If you have mere then one computer that you need to connect to the internet at the same time? it's not possible because the internet connection (pretty fast)in not wireless. On and all I will gladly recommend it as a nice place to stay.

The room is neat and clean. Refill bathroom amenities everyday. No WATER Complimentary! No FREE Wi-Fi for hotel customer. I got a deluxe room so it is quite spacious. No noise from the renovation (stayed on 10th floor). Didn't feel dangerous walking alone at night because most of the stores and restaurants still open after 10 pm. There are 7-11 and drug store nearby to get water, snack and some personal stuff. There is also a couple of money-exchange stores. It is approximately 5 mins walk to MTR-Tsim Sha Tsui.
Hotel Feature Tip : Can use free Shuttle bus service from Airport Express (Kowloon Station) to Park Hotel (Bus# K-3).

Location is excellent;price reasonable for Hong Kong Continuing construction over the past several years means access,lifts & reception area are cramped I have stayed at this hotel several times in the past 10 years.I can honestly say that I have not had a bad experience. Rooms are good,room servicing of a high standard,staff are courteous & friendly. Level of English spoken is quite adequate,so communication can be effective.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Cameron Rd., & the adjoining streets are all the shopping you need!

strategically located in shopping area can always drop the items that you bought in the hotel instead of carrying them so heavy for whole day or back room to rest anytime. Bus stop just in front of the hotel to and fro airport very convenient and MRT station is just nearby although you do not need it unless you want to go to somewhere far for sight seeing like Lantau Island or Hong Kong Island or Disneyland. Room is clean and bed is comfortable.

Hotel is located at heart of the shopping area. Shuttle bus for Airport Express train - Kowloon station just opposit the hotel. Lobby is still on renovation. There are some inconveniences on this. Morning breakfast is not included. I've booked Park Hotel for deluxe room 1 night of 16th Mar 09 before travel to Macau. Park hotel is located at the heart of Tsim Tsa Tsui, just few minute walk to MRT station. The shuttle bus from Kowloon station just opposit the hotel.
At the time we stay, the room has been just renovated but the lobby still on process. We are not get interfere from either noice or smell at all. Staffs are very helpful and friendly. We also get upgraded to Deluxe Corner room which is more quiet. We noticed that booking thru Agoda often get us upgraded room from hotel. Thanks to Agoda on this.

no real lobby, unhelpful staff i did not like my stay at hte park hotel. it is anything but a four star hotel. the staff is unhelpful, slow and not well informed. there was no lobby. staff is not prompt. the room was small and some what inconvenient. only thing ok about the park hotel is that is has a reasonably decent location. besides that - i would stay away.

I did not like my stay at hte park hotel. the staff was awful. the location of the park hotel is the only good thing - at the hotel. there is no lobby. it is not like a four star at all. staff is very bad. .not helpful. rooms are very small. this hotel is not worth it at all

very clean and functional room in a nice part of Kowloon made the Park Hotel a good choice. Good value for the cost. Front desk helpful, spoke excellent English. Nice hi-tech system for controlling lights and temperature. Bit of renovation noise in the morning, which won't last much longer and couldn't be helped. Happy I chose to stay at the Park Hotel. The location couldn't have been better, rarely requiring public transportation and a stop-off point on the airport express bus, nice added bonus. Staff is friendly and helpful, offering useful advice at front desk. Appreciated 25% discount as hotel resident at good buffet breakfast served at the hotel. Room spacious and clean, also well lit, something appreciated by this reader.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Close to history/science museums. Neighborhood bursting with good cheap Chinese restaurants though other types of food is also plentifully available.

in the middle of Tsim Sha Tsui, the tourist shopping area of Hong Kong. Under construction. Very noisy. Park hotel is in the middle of Tsim Sha Tsui, the tourist shopping area of Hong Kong. So its very accessible to the MTR, the Star Ferry, restaurants, bars, etc. Internet connection is fast. Only problem is that the hotel is under construction. EXTREMELYnoisy from 9AM to 6PM.

good staff, good service.We loved comfortable bed, seats and pillows. If I knew about the renovation on 1st floor, and temporary setting of the reception, would have reconsidered on this hotel. Also not having anybody to carry luggage on level 1 is major problem! was not a total loss, but I do realize there are many cost effective hotels in HK.

Newly renovated hotel at a very convenient location. The airport bus (the most economical form of transport) is just around the corner. TST MRT is approx 3mins walk away and so are the major shopping areas No hotel lobby, maybe 'cos they are still in the midst of renovation. No visible ground level hotel lobby, remember to look out for its huge signboard instead. Entrance is just a sliding door with doorman standing there Overall, my husband think it is definitely much better & value-for-money than some of the HK hotel he used to stay in. Most important factor is it being newly renovated, everything looks good and clean. The room size is comfortable, nothing spacious (but hey, this is HK!)Reception area is on 4th floor, looks a bit cramped and messy. I suppose situation should improve after their renovation is completed. Reception service can be further improved with a smile and some personal greetings. I guess what you pay is what you get ...
Restaurant Tip : Try Sushi One after 10pm, sushi, sashimi etc are all at 50%. It's just directly opposite the hotel.
