Wonderful Stay

Park hotel's location is superb. It is on cameron road, which is in the middle among all the shopping streets of TST on Kowloon island. The room is fairly new. The lobby is pretty small but staffs are nice and very helpful. It is a very easy walk to TST MTR station, therefore travelling around in HK is very convenient. There is a cafe on 4th floor which offers a variety of food. Across the hotel is Charlie Brown's cafe which is a super cute themed cafe, kids'll love it. Also great restaurants are all around the hotel. All in all, Park hotel is a great choice for anyone coming to spend time in TST. :)
Shopping Tip:
TST offers a great variety of anything for those who love to shop or eat!!! The streets are full of great shops carrying both well known international brands and hong kong local brands. There are restaurants and food stalls offerin g food, snacks, and drinks at almost any time of the day. It is indeed a shoppers' paradise.

Well familiar hotel stayed every trip.
Familiar people, surroundings and convenient location.

had been staying in the same hotel over many years. always meet with warm welcome from staff of every department. hotel is located in the midst of many restaurants and shops, two minutes walk from the nearest subway station.
airport limousine bus and airport railway shuttle bus serves the hotel with frequent services.

park hotel is one of the best hotels that provide best room rates to travellers with children like me. its room are spacious, and i can bet you can't find any hotels that provide such spacious room at this rate! walking distance to shopping areas in tst and mtr station. good varieties of restaurant that offers midnight rates (50 to 70% off). we only see the hotel staff during check-in and check-out. other times, we don't have to walk pass the lobby. it is like our second home... the cleaning service is fast and staff is somewhat friendly.

Nice hotel, Very good location close to great shopping and dinning options.
The only problem with this hotel is there is no Wi Fi in the rooms which means i had to go down to the lobby evry time i wanted to check emails.
They could do with some more comfotable beds.. Seems to be like sleeping on a rock.

- Pleasant experience with all hotel staff. In particular the concierge staff (Edgar) was very helpful.
Shopping Tip:
There is a very young and trendy shopping mall next door to the hotel should you want to find some unique souvenirs to bring back!

Convenient location but costly

It was an overall enjoyable experience at the Park Hotel, however be warned. There are many things that requires additional costs.
For example:
- Internet (HKD$70 for 1 hour or HKD$140 for 24 hour usage) but this is only for one device!! Any additional device connected will result in an additional charge i.e. if you connect two different laptops during your 1 hour usage, you will be charged HKD$140.
- Overnight baggage (HKD$10 per item per night) for any items you leave with their concierge. Even the concierge staff themselves were very apprehensive of charging us. Turns out Park hotel is 1 of the 26 hotels in Hong Kong wide that charge their customers this cost even if you are returning and staying with the upon your return.
Restaurant Tip:
There is a small restaurant behind the Park Hotel called Prince Cafe/Restaurant that offers pretty good value meals that taste fantastic! Worth trying if you're looking for a meal nearby.

Room is very comfortable
The room is big when compared to average hotel in the same price and area. Good location in shopping destrict.

Very easy to access to hotel by airport shuttle bus. Located in shopping area. Room is clean and bigger than average hotel in the same price.
Shopping Tip:
close to Nathan road, easy to get to hotel from airport shuttle bus.
