Great location and smart choice among 4star hotel
Due to Price,Room ,location,place condition! Park Hotel is the best and smart choice if u compare with others (4star Hotel)

impressive me if i compared with other choice. room is nice and not small space in hong kong. i'm quite happy when i stayed there. location is around by shopping area and restaurant.

Nice hotel, good size room by Hong Kong standard

The location is very convenient. There's a free bus shuttle to take you to and from the hotel to the Airport Express station (you can check-in your luggages at this station before taking the train directly to the airport). MTR station is only about 5 minutes walk away. There are tons of shops and restaurants around the hotel (but then again this is Hong Kong so everything is near anyway).
Nightlife Tip:
Take MTR to the Mongkok night market

Good location, nice large rooms

Brief overnight stay. The room was exceptionally large by Hong Kong standards and recently renovated.
didn't experience any of the other facilities in the hotel.
Only negative is the HKD10 / bag / night storage fee if you want to leave a bag for a couple of days.

Nice Hotel with good service

this is not my first time to stay in this hotel. i always book this whenever i stay in hong kong. it is very accessible, just a few steps from the mtr. also, convenient if you want to take the airport express. many good restaurants beside this hotel.

great hotel, even though the location not so close to MTR. the carpet is not good, its humid. the bed is nice and lots of pillow. no free wi-fi in room, which also not good for business traveler

very clean room and good smell inside the hotel. convenient for shopping, dining, and easily getting to mtr station. i'll choose this hotel again next time in hongkong.

park hotel is our go-to hotel in hong kong. the hotel is strategically located in tsim sha tsui where shopping is just a stone's throw away. money changers are everywhere so it's great for tourists. the airport express station is also just right across the hotel so it's very convenient getting from/to the airport.
Restaurant Tip:
Sushi One offers 50% discount on all food items at 10pm. Be sure to queue up! The restaurant is just across the hotel.

The hotel did provide extra bed as previously requested.

The hotel was ok. My only criticism was the hotel charged 70 HK dollars per hour for the use of their WIFI. I talked to the manager on duty. Yet they would not provide us with 10 minute free WIFI just to check our Email. The manager said all hotels in HK charged. Secondly I rated hotel cleanliness/comfort poor because of the stale smoke smell in the room and hallways.

small room but perfect location

this is my 5th time that i stayed here. it has changed a lot since my first time in 2006, of course, in much better ways! the staff, they are always friendly and very helpful. the concierge is perfect. the rooms are quite a little too small but the location is perfect. guests can easily get to underground, taxi, or even trains to china. my mother and i had a great time here in hong kong!

Everytime i come to Hong Kong, i have to stay in park hotel, it is very good location, nice room. A bit small, but all hotel in Hong Kong is very small so this hotel is quite ok.
Shopping Tip:
the shop is next door of the hotel and all great shops in the same street.
