this hotel is located on very good location. it is very easy to go around kowloon, just go down and take a subway. also, the convenient store is right opposit the hotel. for the room, it is quite small, but not too small. it is clean.

My stay at park hotel was prettty pleasant. The staff was very helpful and we got a nice room on a higher level and as requested non smoking.
I still dont know what the main entrance is or back exit, but they are both handy. They both take you to good eateries and good places to shop.
Metro station is reasonabely close. you just walk out of the prettier exit (busier street) to the right and walk straight and eventually you will see TST metro exit B2.
I think that this hotel is better for people who stay out the whole day. It doesn't have a lot of amenities, no swimming pool or health fitniss club etc. Not that it bothers me but yeah just rooms and a really small business center thats too expensive. internet connection in the rooms is also expensive here.
Another minor irration is the lobby. at rush hour when people checkout/ checkin the whole lobby fills with luggage. There's not much space left.. and they only have 4 couches to sit on. But the rooms make up for it. they are spacious for HK terms especially in TST.
At night you can walk to harts avenue to drink a beer and eat peanuts. and you can even walk to knutsford terrace for a shisha or just another beer.
oh and something what really amazed me, not in a good way, was that you've to pay for luggage storage. I went to china for a few days but I didnt want to bring my bigger suitcase. I left it behind but I had to pay for it. Never done that before, but okay maybe its because of there space issue. hmmm..

it was a nice hotel but not a good location. it was close to mtr station but not close to shopping and ferry. for the price you pay for the hotel you would think the internet would be included. we did not try the buffet they had to offer as it was way too expensive. it also seemed like it would depend on the conciere as to the information you would get. they did not give the correct information all the time. i would not stay there again. i would prefer a place with a pool, internet and closer to town and shopping sites.

Pleasant stay.Clean and comfortable rooms.The best location if you want to visit any sights.The free shuttle from the hotel to the train station was very convenient

If you need to use the internet find an internet cafe close to hotel extremely cheap compared to what we paid at the hotel.
