many shop just next to hotel, and also easy to find food to eat too.

the hotel is clean and not too old, the room is quite big with
confort bed, just take 5 min walking to train station.
Shopping Tip:
I love staying at this hotel because many shop to visit around the hotel and also just 15min walking distance can reach big mall and shop.

very good location. downstairs is already the shopping street, full of food, nice clothes, new phones & accessories. even transport, taxi is easy access & taxi to hong kong island is just next street. the mrt just 3 min walking distance. money exchange & banking are only few steps distance.
this is the best, money worth.

the room is of a decent size but the bathroom is too small for comfort. on the whole, i had an enjoyable stay and was thankful to be served by a very helpful and friendly housekeeper.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
You will be tempted to explore the many shops and eateries on and along the hotel side of the street but do cross over to the opposite side where there is a 24-hour McDonald in a building that overlooks a tranquil park.

park hotel is surrounded by shops, cafe/resto and 10 minute walk to mtr station, there are bars and disco nearby too, so the location is perfect, the room is bigger than other hotels while the price is reasonable, of course there are no facilities such as gym, pools, the conditions of room is well maintained, nice and clean, free daily drinking water (2 bottles), all the bathroom amenities, however the internet connection is just too expensive at per day, then there is no hbo/axn on tv, so you have to pay to watch movies. the porters are helpful, under the rain, they help to move my baggage across the street in order to wait for the free shuttle bus to kowloon station, this is also a nice point here, saving a few dollars to get city check-in. i like the stay again at the hotel

it was good, comfortable, and relaxing after a very tiring walk in kowloon or hongkong district.i could suggest that you make your lobby much bigger in order to accommodate more people in the reception area. the hotel is very convenient in terms of food, transportation, shopping, and many more. one thing you need to add is to have a free wifi for your customers. since this place is very suitable for business and single visitors, it is very suggested to have access to wifi.
Shopping Tip:
my stay overall in park hotel is good mainly because it's like in the center of a shopping district. it's very convenient considering the food, transportation, and i guess everything that is in the area. however,the room's bed is quite small which is kind of not suitable for family travelers. but i think it is very suitable for business and single travelers.

we had great stay at park hotel.the service is good.every morning the chamber maid without missed greated us with a smile.reception and concierge staff were all very helpful and friendly.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Mtr is 5min walk..shops are superly near.shopping centre is about 5 mins walk from east shim sha shui.is great place for shopping lover.

In June, my wife and me and my 20 year old son and his aunt stayed here. It was located in a great locations, near to several types of eateries and sho felt ps. Walking distance to the MTR and big departmental stores.
Majority of staff were pleasant. If only all could provide service with a smile. I felt that not all could understand English.
Overall it was a good stay. Thanks

every time we went to jongkong we still stay in park hotel because of many reasons such as good location, convenience to make an appointment with our customer, very easy to find tha taxi even the front side or the back side of the hotel and also easy to find many shop for shopping and variety restaurant to eat food, that's why we select this hotel every time
Shopping Tip:
Many shop around the hotel for shopping as Giordano,Bossini and many factory outlet closed to the hotel
