hotel park was superb , nice location , good room,easy access, staff was kind ... being an indian was not happy with food choice, entrance to the hotel was not very five star kind. I really enjoyed my stay at park . its situated centrally where other places very accesable.. mtr was close by .. staff was descent n presentable , rooms were good .. overall nice place to stay n i thoroughly enjoyed my stay....

They now have a new and more spacious lobby, the rooms look better. Great hotel in a fantastic location.room was large and clean, everything was fantastic!
Park Hotel still going though renovation. We have stayed in this hotel numerous times. The last time we visited was last October 2008 so we were pleasantly surprised to find that renovations are almost done. They now have a new and more spacious lobby, the rooms look better and the staff were noticeably more attentive. I love the fact that this hotel is near the MTR station, Nathan Road, Ocean Terminal and a lot more points of interest around the Tsimshattsui area. The breakfast buffet is quite extensive. Tea selection can be improved but then again, it is only a 3 star hotel. It is great that this hotel has decided to improve on their facilities. The only things missing are free internet and a better tv system but if you are always on the go, these are things that you won't be missing.
Restaurant Tip : Great location-very close to Mtr station,just need to walk around 2-3minutes.Next to the Mtr station,is a very famous Hongkong cafe or " char chan teng"by the name of TSUI WAH LAU.Or if you prefer fast food,kentucky & burger king is very near too.If you like to try hongkong Dim Sum,just walk 2 mins to a nearby office complex,go to 3rd floor,you will see a big chinese restaurant(the price is very reasonable)forgotten the name of the restaurant,you can ask the bellboy at the lobby,they know the name-coz it's the nearest to our hotel

Location, renovated rooms Stayed at the Park Hotel this time for another 2 nights and it was as good as the previous stay. The main lobby has opened so our check in was brief, rooms were generally clean and spacious, but may be a little too dark for our liking. Although our rooms did not include breakfast but there are plenty of restaurants within close proximity that offer good congee, won ton mee, American style breakfast, tea/coffee etc.
All in all, we will return !
Travel tip : Ask the hotel for its business card in Chinese as most cab drivers do not know Park Hotel by its English name. We always had trouble explaining that to every driver.

New room, New Bathroom (yesss). The room is simple and practical. I have a good end room so it"s quiet. amenities are fine but very simple Everything is new which is great. Room is big enough for Hong Kong standart. Amenities are very simple but I only stay one night so it's fine. Close to shopping district, easy access. Will stay again for sure.

Good sized room, recently renovated, great location. Free shuttle bus ride to/from Kowloon Station for MTR Airport Express that stops in front of hotel. Bed was extra firm, but still slept OK. Tremendous humidity made it nearly impossible to get the moisture out of the room. Convenient to all activity. The MTR Airport Express has a free shuttle bus to/from Kowloon station that stops in front of hotel. Friendly staff. Stayed in October, very humid, and was difficult to get total moisture out of the room. I would highly recommend this hotel and plan to stay here on my next visit(s). Hotel is newly renovated, this remodeled room was quiet and comfortable, bed was extremely firm, but OK. No Smoking room was odor free. Keep an eye on rates as they dropped the week before my arrival, Agoda did not want to adjust my account. I stayed in a basic Standard room which was spacious for 2, adding more people would be very crowded. Enjoyed very much.

The hotel locate in the comfortable location they still have renovation Park hotel is placing in the good spot for shopping and about 5 minutes walk to mtr shim sa tsui station and 10 minutes walk to harbour city. In front of the hotel provide us the airport tranfer bus service. The street is full of restaurant and shop. But this hotel still have renovation so the gate to reception is a bit small.
Restaurant Tip : sushi one in front of the hotel is very good one

Staff all extremely helpful and friendly. Rooms big and comfortable with all amenities.Extremely clean.Good central location. Poor service in terms of wireless internet in both rooms and business centre. Printer did not work which was most annoying. Beds a bit firm for me. Hotel was very impressive in terms of cleanliness, comfort,and staff friendliness and helpfulness.Rooms were big by most Hong Kong standards, extremely clean, well serviced with all amenities. Location in Kowloon was really good as underground just up the street a bit (two blocks) and the ferries an easy walk. Very handy to the Nathan Rd shopping precinct but far enough away not to have the constant noise. Park hotel had good air conditioning and insulation as it was very quiet inside. We used the buffet breakfast every morning which was the best start to the day and at night on several occassions when we were too tiresd to go out. Food and service was brilliant. Only disappointment was the lack of business facilities as there is only one printer in the business centre, which we couldn't get to work during our stay. Also not having free wireless internet is just a pain. The cable in my room didn't work either and so I had to use the business centre which was awkward. As many people go for business this is an area they need to upgrade quickly. For someone just going on holiday it was perfect.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Buy an Octopus card at the subway to get around on the trains and ferries. It has a deposit which you get back when you surrender it on your last trip and gets you up the peak on the Island and into many things. Saves waiting in queues.

I've been in HKG for shopping with my friend. we found that the room quite big and clean compared with the other hotel I used to stay before.We love it!!! The location is far from the Nathan Road which I had to take the underground train stations. Also we can walk from the hotel but after finished the shopping we had to take taxi back to the hotel. It's a weak point for many hotel rooms but here the rooms are big, nice and clean.One morning we had buffet breakfast in the hotel, we found it's cost very cheap for the good and delicious meal like that!! Also the location of the hotel was near the fresh morning market which we can buy the fresh fruits and around that ther are many good restaurants and bakery shops. It's very easy and convinience to walk and shop. Nice hotel and value for the money you had paid.I'm sure.

Equipment in the bathroom are well prepared

Closed to shopping area and foods, ie. Yoshinoya, Sushi one, Mc.Donald, Tim sum restaurant on bevery comm. A bit far from the MTR, compared with other hotel.
No free bottle of water. It costs 20HKD for a bottle of mineral water!
I booked the hotel via agoda.com with a good rate. Compared with its price, the hotel is a good choice for traveler. The room is big, clean and not quite far from MRT. However, when you get so tired from shopping, it could be disaster.
Next time, i think i will try another hotel

Staff are friendly, service are good, Room condition are good (clean and comfortable). Quite a good location, easy access for shopping/meal. The entrence, not too visible. (may be due to some renovation are carry on) Park Hotel are quite a good hotel, the location also consider pretty ok. Walking distance to the subway station. Easy access to meal and shopping. Can grab a bit or drink near by, so no worry about stomach

Great location. Helpful concierge. Big room. Ronovation on going at lobby. So cannot "see" the hotel. Transfer service to/from Airport Express Kowloon station is right by the side of hotel. And this is free! That's HK$100/- saving! To MTR is near but it takes forever, as you will be distracted by all the shops along the way. Concierge manager is very knowledgeable and helpful. Rooms are big for Hong Kong standard. But if you need firm pillow, you must ask for it.
Restaurant Tip : Fantastic fish/meat ball noodle shop in front of the hotel lobby. Opens late and good price.

Clean The location is really good. The airport express shuttle bus drops you right opposite the hotel. There are groceries, restaurants, many other stores located right next to the hotel. Train station is a 2 minute walk. Hotel is clean and the staff is very helpful.
Although rooms are not very big. But for business travelers they are absolutely fine.
