3-Professionalism from all levels of staff. Helpful, friendly, and completely competent. 1)No Fitness Center. Even a small one with 2 each
treadmills, exercize bike, stairmaster would be
good. 2)Business Center in most hotels is available at no charge to guests. Need Fox on TV. Overall, my stay was very pleasant. This was my 3rd visit to the Park Hotel and I have always left with the feeling I will return again the following year. I always feel comfortable here and can confidently recommend this hotel to my business associates. The many advantages for my staying here far outweigh the few criticisms mentioned above. Hope to visit again in 2011.

gd location, close to food, MTR, clean, renovated, This is the first time I stayed at Park Hotel even tho my friend has been recommending me for some time. While the location is slightly further from the MTR compared to the YMCA, the shops along the way are enough to entertain you until you reach the hotel. The rooms were clean and well equipped with toiletries. Overall stay was excellent and I would def recommend it to my friends. Value for money!

Nicely renovated, like new, convenient, close to shopping and MTR. Value for money hotel in an excellent location in TST. A pleasant walk to the MTR where you will find lots of shops and restaurants. Park Hotel was recommended by a friend. I am used to staying at YMCA but Park Hotel is def a very gd alternative. The rooms were clean and well equipped with toiletries, electric kettle.

Big room, clean and friendly staffs. Everything is new due to hotel renovation. Modern and comfort. Not so close to the MTR. About 150 meters to the train station. But it is acceptable since it will take about 5 minutes to walk to Nathan Rd. Since less amount means smaller room as expected in Hong Kong. Spacious room and big bath room.
Hotel Feature Tip : Parking lot available for someone to come to pick you up.

New and clean room, great location, Construction in the lobby. Room was very clean. Housekeeping did a great job cleaning our room everyday. Location is awesome-only a few minutes from the MTR and places to eat are plenty around the hotel. Easy walk to the Star Ferry. There was construction going on in the lobby but didn't really bother us. Great value for newly remodeled rooms. Would stay here again.
Restaurant Tip : There is a stall that sells excellent egg puffs and waffles (A HK style snack) on Nathan Road just across the street from the Kowloon Park.

very accomodating and nice... newly renovated they have been renvating it since last may, when i went there last nov, it was still under renovation. then just last december, they are still renovating... how long will it take them to finish renovating? The hotel was nice, i"ve stayed there for 4 times already in the last two yrs. the rooms are newly renovated and they made the lobby bigger. i was ale to request for a late check out because when we got there they gave us our room later than what we agreed, so in order to compensate for that, they allowed us for a late check out.

its my 4th stay already, and im very satisfied with everything. i have nothing against the hotel overall, the hotel is very nice. nice accommodation and the staff are nice. they were very respectful and kind to us. though i requested for a joint room, they were not able to grnat my request, but gave me rooms beside each other. also, the first room was available by 2pm and the other one will be by 3pm. that is only my complain, that both rooms were not available on time and their check in time should be by 2pm.

It's location is excellent. Near to lots of eateries and also the MTR and shopping is most convenient. I have enjoyed my stay in Park Hotel. It is clean and very efficient. We went for morning walks very early in the morning and we were very surprised upon our return to the hotel, it has already been tidied up as early as even 8.00 am.
I cant find such efficient even in Singapore Hotels. Maybe in Singapore there is shortage of staff.
Restaurant Tip : One need not walk too far. Next door have a very nice restaurant that served real Hong Kong food.

Good location, new renovated lobby
Room is clean and comfort not, spacious enough. Construction of entrance on Carnavon road seems never complete, it took more than 2 years. I have a good experienced with booking Park Hotel thru Agoda few years back and always stay here when travel to Hong Kong. Even though I have a Holiday Inn Priority member and Marriott member, Park Hotel always my first choice. With more than 15 times - 60 nights during 2-3 years I stayed here, I always have a pleasant time except last visit and this visit.
At the time of check in, I have been inform by reception that I have been upgrade to Deluxe room because special contract between Agoda and the hotel. This is surprised me, because I have already booked and pay for Deluxe room since beginning. Means that I get no upgrade and other guest who pay less (Superior Room) will get Deluxe room.
I have asked the guy that I have pay for deluxe not superior, what is my offer?? He just try not to understand Englist and ask me for credit card and passport.
Truely, with more than 15 times of pleasant stay here. I think I will seriously consider to find other hotel who can show the sincere of service.

The hotel is in the process of modernization and it is possible to see the results so far:
1. The bathroom is very modern and comfortable. I would have made the bathroom a little larger and the shower a little smaller, but it has all the necessary toiletries for comfort.
2. The room is comfortable and we slept quite well.
3. The breakfast buffet is tasty and quite adequate. A little more effort can be taken to keep things warm. The dinner buffet will meet the greatest appetites. There is a good discount for guests of the hotel.
4.The services of the staff are excellent and they make every effort to be helpful.
5. The hotel is very convenient to the sights of Hong Kong. 5. One thing I was not happy about was the side of the hotel where guests and luggage are picked up and dropped off. It is too busy and traffic makes crossing the street dangerous. The other side of the lobby exit seems to be much better.

Park hotel very close to the shopping street (nathan road)...
All employee hav service mind, if you book the hotel through agoda company you will get very cheap price of hotel. If I said about park hotel, I think its hav all convenience for me and my group... Before I knew agoda I always book park hotel everytime, so park hotel have everything that I like.
Because the first point that I go that I go to hong kong every year is shopping... And after I know agoda,they give me a cheap price and have room available all the time close than other company, so I choose it...
Shopping Tip : All shopping place on Nathan road...

This is my extended stay for another 2 nights after staying for 3 nights. The location is good, near Train and subway, eating place is nearby. As I have mentioned the toilet is very very small but I don't think anything can be done since it just renovated. The food in the restuarant is fair but not cheap. The staff especially the bell boy need to have more training on customer service. Check in/out is efficient.

Have stay here for many times before and after the renovation. The toilet now is very very small not able to have two persons at one time. The lobby is very big now and have a small cafe . Check in is very fast and with complimentary one for one drink. The restuarant food is not that good as it brochure claimed, the price we pay is not value for money.
Hotel Feature Tip : Restuarant and amenity is just nearby the hotel.

Underconstruction at entrance door Good location hotel with good facilities. Clean and wide room more than I expected. Good service.
