Great location with good service

I was pleasantly surprised when I checked in and they upgraded our room to a bigger room at no extra charge at all! Furthermore, they also gave complimentary drinks upon our arrival. I particularly liked the patience in their service when I asked the concierge to recommend a few eateries in the area; the staff patiently explained to us and even drew it on the map to show us how to get there. Rooms were also clean.

The room was reasonable size, nice and clean. Hotel staff were friendly and they immediately changed the room for us when we didn't like the corner room which only had a small window.

we travel for business purpose in a group of 4 people. we like park hotel in the way that it can be accessing to all things we need in walking distance, i.e.; mrt, harbour mall (one of the biggest mall in h.k.), all kinds of food we want, etc.

Shopping Tip:
go out from this hotel and just by the walk you can see all the shop from cheap until expensive shop.. no need use taxi only by walking

Clean and brand new hotel with spacious room

i had few times to hong kong and i would say this is the best hotel so far i had checked-in. i love the room's tidy and it is very spacious. i think it is a newly renovated hotel. the hotel staff are friendly and helpful.
it is just within 5 minutes walking distance from nearest mtr station, tsimshachui.

the room is nice, just a bit small. has a very great location. it's very convenient for shopping as many stores surrounding and also near mtr. easy to find food to eat both junk food and restaurant. overall i like my stay in this hotel and always choose to stay here each time i go to hk.

Had a surprise to find such a great hotel at this location. Rooms are very sizable given Hong Kong Status for pigeon size lodging. Location is great and convenient all within reach tpo eateries and great shopping in teh famous TST area. Hotel room are very comfortable and not run down for such hotel standard in HK
Restaurant Tip:
Walking distance to the Knutford Terrace that offer great variety of international food range from India , Italian, Chinese etc . good time to wind down in evening at that location

The room is not the same as we saw in the website, so we request to change the room. The new room is good. Good location for shoppers and foodies.
Restaurant Tip:
You can walk to many restaurants around the hotel location. There are so many cuisines. You can cross over the street on the both sides of the hotel, you will see a lot more restaurants to select.
