Value for money hotel
Clean, newly refurbished in the last few years, good location, near mtr station

We have stayed at this hotel numerous times ever since it was renovated. The location is good, very near Granville where the nice little shops are. Knutsford steps, where there are nice and fancy restaurants, is walkable. The hotel is clean, comfortable and the staff is accommodating. Along Cameron road, which is the entrance of the hotel, you will find a good selection of restaurants, Mannings drugstore, Sasa, Crocs, Mcdonalds and several notable shoe stores.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
The Science Museum is a short walking distance from the hotel

Great hotel rooms, Great location!
Located in the middle on Tsim sha tsui - Shopping!

Hotel rooms very comfortable and clean. Located in the middle of Tsim sha tsui so only 5-10 minutes walk to all the shopping and sightseeing places such as nathan road, avenue of stars, etc.
Great place to stay if you wish to visit Hong Kong for shopping and dining.

Good location but unfriendly

In general the hotel is fine, the picture of lobby on website looks good & big but in fact it is small. We arived late at night and we were allocated somking room (4 rooms) which were not good for (6 kids). They proposed to change room on following day but we were not able to move room due to family travel with heavy luggage. Front desk staff were friendly, especially Billy who was extremely helpful and friendly but Concierge was not. We like the location which is near the Nathan road and park with many restaurants around the hotel

Nice location for shopping, easy to get around.
Location and comparatively larger sized room than other HK hotels at similar rates.

Good enough location, 5 minute walk to Cameron Road MTR station. Lots of shops and eateries 24 hours. Lobby is a little bit on the smll size for hotel with this many rooms, and it gets crowded very easily! Good thing you can exit directly through Cameron road side and avoid the underwhelming lobby.
Restaurant Tip:
don't opt for easy eats around tsim sha tsui, go out of town for real hk foods, sai kung or lamma island for seafoods and sham tseng for authentic hk roast goose. dim sum at maxim in city hall is the only place still serve on carts in hk and lin heung is probably best but you'll have to deal with unbearable amount of commotion, tim ho wan is also god but its not that good for 2 hours minimum waiting for table!

Great location, pleasant but overpriced

Great location. close to shops, restaurant and MTR. Superior room is spacious by HK standard. Service at the reception, concierge counters was friendly. But it was really overpriced because of the New Year holiday. Free shuttle bus outside hotel to and from Kowloon airport express station.
Restaurant Tip:
take a short walk to "Hon Lee" restaurant for breakfast - very nice century egg porridge and deep fried fritters. "Tai Ping Koon" restaurant close by serves wonderful swiss style soya sauce chicken wings, roast pigeon and beef noodles. all yummy!

Atrocious customer service

Very lousy customer service. As a returning guest in 2 days, they allocated me with a room that stinks and another that looks like its from a horror movie! I'm definitely not returning
