This is my second time stay in this hotel, the room is stil well maintain and they have improve the reception counter from the last time I stay which is 4 years ago. I love this hotel because is clean And is very convenient, even though the room is a bit small and pricely. Overall I'm satisfied with my stay.
Restaurant Tip:
Behind the hotel the food store food is good and reasonable price, never forget the dessert stor at the corner or the road. And you can shop along the road..

good experience with park hotel hk!
7
Park Hotel is situated in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui, less than 5 minutes walk to the Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station (B2 exit).
Initially, we had some hiccups with the booking through Agoda but managed to solve the problems with the hotel and Agoda prior to our departure.
We have total 5 adults, 1 child and a 14 months baby traveling together and the hotel upgraded us to 1 Deluxe Room (twin-sharing) and Deluxe Suite (with 1 extra bed & a babycot) for 3 adults and our 2 sons while we booked and paid for 2 Superior Rooms only, but I supposed this is strictly upon rooms availability.
Each of the single beds in the twin-sharing room is consider big, not that typically small size of single beds. Rooms are clean and service staff are helpful.
Totally no problem to get food and drinks at wee hours and about 10-15 walks to Avenue of Stars and unbelievably, we managed to walk from the hotel to Avenue of Stars and from Avenue of Stars to Harbour City, a shopping paradise for branded kids wear that are not available in Singapore, Toys-R-Us etc. The only disadvantage is no proper drop-off / pick up area, so can be quite challenging to hail a taxi given the busy street.
Nonetheless, we will definitely consider booking this hotel again should we visit HK in the near future!

Large rooms;, good location
5 min walk to the MRT, clean, decent price

there are two entrances to park hotel, one located near granville circuit and another on cameron road. via the cameron road exit, it is a mere 5 to 7 minute walk to the mtr. the hotel is also located within walking distance of the tst ferry terminal, the peninsula and jordan/temple street. there are numerous eateries and 7 eleven outlets closeby. several good restaurants nearby such as fu ho and kimberley.
rooms were large by hk standards. beds were comfortable and the shower was good. bathroom was not large by any means but definitely satisfactory. no audible noise from the street or the corridors.
good value for money.

Value for Money
Convenient, Cost Performance, Cosy

Clean and neat enough. Size of the room is also big enough for two person. Nessesary amenity is provided. Quality of linen, condition of electricity is also fine enough. Location is nice if you want to enjoy shopping and food around TST area in HK. Access to HK island is not bad as well. Can go by MRT or ferry.

Good location, average size room but small bathtub
location, walking distance to mtr
6.3
hotel closed the side door when i arrived at midnight. taxi driver had to go around the block to a small slip road to go to the front lobby. so the lobby is hidden in an alley way.
lobby was very clean and bright. slow lifts. had to pay for internet access.
Restaurant Tip:
don't take breakfast in the hotel as it's too expensive. walk around the area and you can find many "tea cafes" serving local breakfast.

I remember staying in this hotel close to 20 years ago. They must have renovated the place as the furnishings in the rooms are much better. The rooms are nice but did not care for the louvers on the bottom of the bathroom door. The main entrance to the hotel is accessible through a back alley way. The side door closest to the street closes around midnight. We had a late night arrival and by the time the taxi dropped us off at the side of the street it was past this time. We had to roll our bags around to the main entrance.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
The Christmas lighting on the bldgs around the harbor are great!

Great location but not impressive
Great location and reasonably sized rooms
8.3
Though the hotel does not look impressive upon arrival, it has a great location - there are a number of boutique shops and a couple of shopping centers nearby. You can also find a few affordable and good restaurants nearby. The MTR is about 10 to 15 minutes walk from the hotel. The hotel staff were polite and helpful. The rooms were clean and reasonably sized. However, they do not have a proper front entrance to facilitate boarding and alighting from the bus and taxis.
