Situated opposite Victoria Park, you are guaranteed one of the best views of Hong Kong at the Park Lane. The nearest subway station at Causeway Bay is one block away but be warned, it might take you longer than a few minutes to get there because of all of the distractions along the way! Numerous shops, designer boutiques, and restaurants line both sides of the street, and some of them stay open until midnight. The world famous furniture store IKEA is situated at the basement, so you can pick up a few bargains even before you venture out of the hotel. RIVA
The perfect place for luncheon or dinner, Riva on 27th floor offers commanding panoramic views of Hong Kong's famous harbour as well as Victoria Park. During Lunch, enjoy from Monday to Friday our wide selection of appetizers and desserts and have your main course cooked to order. Every Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday, we offer Causeway Bay's best value lunch buffet, including great variety of Chinese selection such as Peking Duck, Dim Sum, Carving and more.
During the evening we serve excellent cuisine from our a la carte menu in an elegant atmosphere. All time delights such as Light Lobster Salad, Roasted Rack of Lamb and Warm Soft Chocolate Cake will please your palate. Wine and Dine to the relaxing sounds of our pianist/vocalist from 7:00pm at Riva Lounge where you can enjoy an enormous selection of wines at unbeatable value along with a sophisticated cigar selection.

Cafe One offers buffet and a-la-carte service daily – in fact, all day and all night. This relaxed, open-plan dining spot, opening onto the pleasant calm of Victoria Park, makes no compromise on quality, but offers the best balance of convenience, cuisine and cheaper prices.
As a special plus for office workers and shoppers in Causeway Bay, as well as room guests, Cafe One offers Lunch and dinner Buffet with a choice of seven exciting options – a Salad Bar, Indian Selections, Western Flavours, Chinese Flavours, Sweet Ones, and Congee & Noodle.

George & Co.
George & Co at the Great George Street entrance of the Lobby is the perfect spot to relax,watch live large screen actions and enjoy a cold drink after a hard day's shopping. The interior is welcoming and cosy,with hardwood floor and plush furnishing.
For special occasions or to enjoy an excellent cigar there is a private room for up to 10 persons.
This bar has an outstanding sandwich & snack menu, and serves a very popular buffet lunch Monday - Saturday

Lobby Lounge
Ideal for a relaxing break or get together, this little Cafe/Pastry Shop serves great coffee with freshly baked breads & pastries. For that last minute gift it has gourmet chocolates & pastries for take-out.

The Cake Shop

Good location, good shopping close by, good access to transport system, good service in the hotel

Smoking in the bar area

We arrived to find that we could upgrade our room which we did. This was a good move for us as it was a refurbished room with modern appointments. This is something that you can't always tell from the website and was well received. The location of the Park Lane Hotel is adjacent to Causeway Bay which is a vibrant area with Times Square close by. The Hong Kong Metro System is very easy to use and can be accessed just up the street from the hotel.

Shopping Tip : SOGO and Times Square area are fabulous

conveniently located in Causeway; just beside Wellcome... we were upgraded to higher floors and newer rooms... the Family Room given to us were very new and big enough for me and my family... nice staff

so far, I didn't see anything not nice about the hotel

the only problem i encountered was during my check-in where I had made reservations for 2 rooms for 2 nights each... only one night was registered for one of the rooms... i had to call Agoda myself and ask if the details given were correct and I was assured that they were correct... agoda re-faxed the copy of the reservations and it was corrected immediately... we were also upgraded to a higher floor with newly renovated rooms much to our delight...

Travel tip : very nice location, has IKEA just outside of the hotel...with Wellcome beside it... Windsor House which is in front of the hotel has Toys R Us and has a very good Chinese restaurant in it...

I know Park Lane for 8 years now. The price of rooms have doubled during this period, but I must say that the quality of the rooms has improved a lot, obviously inspired by Hyatt design. The staff is professional, sometimes too much like in the restaurant where finishing his plate is almost impossible, as the staff clear the table if you have the bad idea to turn your head or stand up to get a piece of bread. This hotel has a good value for money when rates are low but, as often in Hong Kong, proces are subject to changes from one day to another.
