my room had a wonderfull view of victoria park, which came in handy for the 1st july procession. the room was clean and tidy and welcoming. staff were friendly and helpful very polite.

cant fault hotel. wonderfull view, staff pleasent and curtious, great location for hennessy st and victoria park. would definatly come again. thank you park lane hotel had a great time. beds super comfy!!!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Hong Kong Tourist Board is located at exit 5 causeway stn and not as stated in brochures in hotel rooms.

the hotel is in a good location with modern room design ..you can see very nice ocean and park view of Hongkong ..not to far from central station ..they are a lot of shops with many brands around the hotel. easy to find every kinds of foods.
Shopping Tip:
time square with a lot of brand name products.

Excellent location in Causeway Bay area, very near to 24-hour supermarket (Wellness) so you can buy everything you need there easily. It's also very near to MRT and many shopping malls like Windsor House, Toysrus, Sogo, WTC more, and others.
I also like the nice, clean, and spacious rooms. We booked 3 rooms with the children and really enjoyed our stay there.
I just wish they would include free internet and free breakfast in the package :-)

every times when I go to hongkong for business trip I like to stay in parklane hotel ..as this hotel are quite new ..room quite big, internet service . adapter for thai electricity ...price is reasonable ..good views.

We arrived to find that we could upgrade our room which we did. This was a good move for us as it was a refurbished room with modern appointments. This is something that you can't always tell from the website and was well received.
The location of the Park Lane Hotel is adjacent to Causeway Bay which is a vibrant area with Times Square close by. The Hong Kong Metro System is very easy to use and can be accessed just up the street from the hotel.
Shopping Tip:
SOGO and Times Square area are fabulous

conveniently located in Causeway; just beside Wellcome... we were upgraded to higher floors and newer rooms... the Family Room given to us were very new and big enough for me and my family... nice staff

the only problem i encountered was during my check-in where I had made reservations for 2 rooms for 2 nights each... only one night was registered for one of the rooms... i had to call Agoda myself and ask if the details given were correct and I was assured that they were correct... agoda re-faxed the copy of the reservations and it was corrected immediately... we were also upgraded to a higher floor with newly renovated rooms much to our delight...
Travel tip:
very nice location, has IKEA just outside of the hotel...with Wellcome beside it... Windsor House which is in front of the hotel has Toys R Us and has a very good Chinese restaurant in it...

I know Park Lane for 8 years now. The price of rooms have doubled during this period, but I must say that the quality of the rooms has improved a lot, obviously inspired by Hyatt design.
The staff is professional, sometimes too much like in the restaurant where finishing his plate is almost impossible, as the staff clear the table if you have the bad idea to turn your head or stand up to get a piece of bread.
This hotel has a good value for money when rates are low but, as often in Hong Kong, proces are subject to changes from one day to another.

Definitely a very good place to stay without really denting your budget, although it can still be more competitive. They have nice, big, clean rooms. Very near every major shopping mall in causeway bay, and also near welcome supermarket where you can buy things that you'll need. Also near the MTR and bus stops, also have lots of taxis passing by. Restaurants also surround the area, whether Chinese or continental dishes.

We really enjoyed our stay in Park Lane. On our last night , We were upgraded to Premier Club Floor and the rooms were so inviting.The bed is so comfortable that we overslept. The bathroom has modern features , very clean and has complete toiletries.The TV is of course flat screen which added to the room's luxurious feel. I love the hotel. The location is so convenient for the MTR, the Victoria Park, which by the way, is a must go for jogging or just people watching, and my favorite stores, the Sogo and Time Square mall.
