Good location, good shopping close by, good access to transport system, good service in the hotel We arrived to find that we could upgrade our room which we did. This was a good move for us as it was a refurbished room with modern appointments. This is something that you can't always tell from the website and was well received.
The location of the Park Lane Hotel is adjacent to Causeway Bay which is a vibrant area with Times Square close by. The Hong Kong Metro System is very easy to use and can be accessed just up the street from the hotel.
Shopping Tip : SOGO and Times Square area are fabulous

conveniently located in Causeway; just beside Wellcome... we were upgraded to higher floors and newer rooms... the Family Room given to us were very new and big enough for me and my family... nice staff so far, I didn't see anything not nice about the hotel the only problem i encountered was during my check-in where I had made reservations for 2 rooms for 2 nights each... only one night was registered for one of the rooms... i had to call Agoda myself and ask if the details given were correct and I was assured that they were correct... agoda re-faxed the copy of the reservations and it was corrected immediately... we were also upgraded to a higher floor with newly renovated rooms much to our delight...
Travel tip : very nice location, has IKEA just outside of the hotel...with Wellcome beside it... Windsor House which is in front of the hotel has Toys R Us and has a very good Chinese restaurant in it...

I know Park Lane for 8 years now. The price of rooms have doubled during this period, but I must say that the quality of the rooms has improved a lot, obviously inspired by Hyatt design.
The staff is professional, sometimes too much like in the restaurant where finishing his plate is almost impossible, as the staff clear the table if you have the bad idea to turn your head or stand up to get a piece of bread.
This hotel has a good value for money when rates are low but, as often in Hong Kong, proces are subject to changes from one day to another.

Very professional staff. Nice, clean, big rooms. near every major shopping malls in causeway bay. Definitely a very good place to stay without really denting your budget, although it can still be more competitive. They have nice, big, clean rooms. Very near every major shopping mall in causeway bay, and also near welcome supermarket where you can buy things that you'll need. Also near the MTR and bus stops, also have lots of taxis passing by. Restaurants also surround the area, whether Chinese or continental dishes.

very comfortable bed, good amenities, very clean bathroom. We really enjoyed our stay in Park Lane. On our last night , We were upgraded to Premier Club Floor and the rooms were so inviting.The bed is so comfortable that we overslept. The bathroom has modern features , very clean and has complete toiletries.The TV is of course flat screen which added to the room's luxurious feel. I love the hotel. The location is so convenient for the MTR, the Victoria Park, which by the way, is a must go for jogging or just people watching, and my favorite stores, the Sogo and Time Square mall.

hotel staff service internet access in guest rooms This is our second stay at the Parklane. We are happy with the hotel staff service and the cleanliness and size of the room. The food is good too. Location is of course great for dining and shopping and the night life too. I just wish they would provide free internet access at their hotel rooms. To sum it all it is good value for money stay.
Shopping Tip : one of the best shopping options in hongkong. you have a variety of budget shopping to high end shopping.

It is near malls and the subway. The hotel is a good place to stay in. It is near malls and shopping area. their is an Ikea just below the mall. Transportation the airport is very accessible, their is a near bus stop , if you want to ride the bus or you can take a subway in going there. The rooms are a little bit small but it will do. Lots of good restaurants around. You should try their street food it's good. I'll go back there again.

The hotel is located at the heart of causeway bay, very close to major shopping areas and eateries. The Room rates are great value with many benefits attached to the premiere club rooms, which includes free buffet breakfast, afternoon tea and free gym entry. Buffet at cafe 1 throughout the day has a wide range catering both eastern and western taste. The gym is very well equiped(especially for one in a hotel) with many cardio , machines and free weights. The premiere club rooms are newly renovated which inlcudes lcd tv and dvd players. Good size rooms and bathrooms. There are parts of the hotel still under renovations.

convenient, great facility. Love its strategic location. maybe it is a bit old, therefore dusty. Had a great stay in parklane hotel, hong kong. Will definitely come back again as it is strategically located in the heart of causeway bay. Accessible to the MTR, and easy to find food or shops around.
It even has a convenient store nearby.
If you are thinking of a hotel in causeway bay, parklane will be one of the top choices.

great location, near most major shopping centers in causeway bay area, good size of room, near lots of good cheap restaurants, just right across victoria park, a few feet away from mtr lots of people at the lobby, toilet won't flush the park lane hotel is an excellent hotel for those who want to stay at the causeway bay area. we got the room at 190++ from agoda during the peak season. not bad for this type of hotel. it is very near sogo, times square, world trade center, among others. it is a few feet away from the mtr which was great since we used the mtr a lot to go to other areas such as tsim sha tsui, etc. there are lots of restaurants around the area. it is a very lively place to stay at since the surrounding area around the hotel is abuzz with lots of people even late at night. i highly recommend this hotel
Restaurant Tip : for those who want congee, there's a good restaurant in front of the back entrance of the world trade center.

Very near shopping centers and very nice food If i will go back to Hongkong I will stay at this hotel again. I can do my last minute shopping since it is very near shopping centers and you can shop also at the hotel. Their rooms are okey. Their dinner buffet is also excellent since i like almost all the food. It is also very accessible to transportation.

Close to Causeway Bay shopping and many different food shops and restaurants. Currently renovating the whole 11th floor so quite noisy. The Park Lane hotel is one of Hong Kong's leading hotels, it is situated in Causeway Bay, the shopping hub of Hong Kong Island. There are many great restaurants and shopping places such as Windsor House, Times Square, Lee Garden and Sogo. It is also facing Victoria Park which is great for walks and exercise and one of only a few places that actually have some greenery in HK. Although when I stayed there, the 11th floor was being renovated, therefore the noise was not so good but the rooms did need the make-over. The size is very spacious compared to other hotels in Causeway Bay.
Shopping Tip : Great market type stalls called "Ladies Street".

Good size rooms, conveniently located close to central. Attentive staff, excellent Bar. Laundry now takes all day and must be in by 9am, morning newspaper and bathrobe only supplied on request. Well run hotel, if slightly old fashioned. The rooms are big by Hong Kong standards, but the 9th floor room on this visit had a very cramped bathroom and an outlook on to the carpark.
The ground floor bar is one of the hotels best features although the live music is a bit loud.
Hotel Feature Tip : Meet friends and business contacts early evening in the bar before the live music starts.

Convenient, near to MTR, shops, food. Love this place or maybe we have been so familiar with this hotel.
It will be highly recommended to stay in this hotel if you are finding a hotel in causeway bay.
It has a convenient store and shops and restaurants that open till late.
It is one of the busiest place in hong kong.
