If you are looking for something luxurious in a classical sense of hospitality per excellence, this is the place to be.

  • Restaurant Tip : The hotel Chinese restaurant was superb (if you are marooned by rain and prefer to dine in).

One of the best hotels I've stayed in.

  • Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : If the weather is nice, take a trip via ferry to Lamma Island. The island has no roads, but does have island residents. The ferries stop at two sides of the island. Get off on one side and walk to the other side. Stop about halfway at the beach and have a cold beer, then continue to the other end where you will find about a dozen outdoor waterfront seafood reataurants. End with a great dinner and then head back to the mainland.
