Clean rooms but very limited space
Good location, easy access to mtr and bus stops
Room comes with basic toiletries. Zero customer service as staff don't even greet or smile at you. Really very limited space as we had to put our suitcase on the dressing table as there was not enough space for us to move around the room.

Shining beacon in a dreary neighbourhood
walking distance to langham place and mongkok mtr, foc wi-fi
Modern and new boutique-styled hotel in a relatively dreary part of Mongkok (85% of your neighbours are hardware stores), with most places shuttered in the evening. Your best option is Langham Place, which is a 5-mins' walk away with numerous stores (H&M, Marks & Spencer, Jasons supermarket) and eateries. It is also where Exit 'C' of the Mongkok MTR is located. FOC Wi-Fi is available at every floor, and FOC newspapers at the front desk. Every door has a security buzzer that will sound if you do not shut your door properly. Given that the corridors are so quiet, you'll likely hear this if your neighbours do not close their doors properly. You may sometimes near loud exchanges from your next-door neighbours. Strangely, they only accept cash as a security deposit at check-in. Upon check-out, you'll be asked to produce the receipt they had initially issued to you at check-in as a security deposit. No receipt, no return of the deposit. Since the front desk staff may not prompt you, you need to have this in mind! If you're travelling from the airport to the hotel, it may be easier to take the airport express station Kowloon and take a taxi from there. This is because you'll alight on the other side of busy Nathan Road, and have to find your way around to the hotel. For the journey back to the airport, you can save your money and take bus A21 along Nathan Road. The frequency is good, and it takes about 40-45 mins.

Great location
It's near to the ladies street, nearby there is easy to find cafe where the food are cheap and affordable.
The hotel room was small. Not even enough for us to place our luggage in the room plus having to stay inside with limited space to walk about.

Good location in Kowloon area
Convenient to shop around in Mongkok area
the size of the room is acceptable for hk hotels but it is still considered expensive. the bed was ok but not the pillows. the hotel only provide 2 thin pillows in each room,hv requested for additional but they claimed all are in used due to fully booked.the only plus for this hotel was its location. it is barely 5 minutes walk from langham place & 10 minutes walk to ladies market.the mtr was on the underground of langham place which makes our journey to visit hk places very easy & to airport. surely, will stay here again if we were to visit hk again.

In the heart of Mong Kok activity
small rooms with basic offerings. 5 min walk to mtr, ladies market. plenty of small eateries close by, shopping centres. expensive trip by taxi from airport. take mtr if you can.

Small room but clean and new.
Free wifi, room is clean and new.
Room is relatively small considering it’s Hong Kong. Walking distance to MTR station. Receptionists are not friendly and they don’t great guests. Room is new and clean. Located near to night market at Tung Choi Street.

small hotel in freshly new interior
just a stone throw away distance to the heart Mongkok shopping area
we stayed here for one day, there got everything we want. the room is small but considing it is a budget hotel. It would be fine for us. The shortcoming is the WIFI reception not signalling very well. something it is dropped. All in all, it is choice of value for money.

Clean and strategic location hotel
Bigger space comparing to any Hong Kong hotel i stayed before
In the center of MongKok, at strategic location, very good for shoppers. 5mins walk to Langham Place, and MRT station. A lot of restaurants and shops along the walk.

Good location small rooms. Friendly staff.
Near night markets and good choice of places to eat.
Not far from the metro and bus routes. Buy an octopus card, deposit returned, makes travelling round really easy. Great places to eat for all price hong kong and those who live there. We will go back but to a larger hotel
