It is a nice hotel if you are looking for good ocal food. Strategic location i would say as it is very near to Mongkok MRT station. Offer various kind of local food. Friendly hotel staff. Good service. Reasonable price, hence recommend to those looking to travel for the sake of exploration and not looking for tip-top condition. Wifi provided in hotel lobby.

Situated in Mongkok, it is a great location with many shopping areas (e.g. Langham Place, Argyle Centre).
About 7-10 minutes walk from the Mongkok MTR Station. Many dining choices too.
Hotel room is small but sufficient. Toilet is abit small to move around, but it has all you'd need. Daily room service to replace the towels etc.

Very cramp, no space to move, have to step on beds to other side. Bathroom is surprisingly big compare to the room. Location quite a distance to walk to mtr, about 20 minutes.Staff are helpful.

A small nice hotel in the centre of Mongol

We have been warned that hotel in Hongkong is very small, so as this is a budget hotel, we have prepared ourselves that this hotel would be tiny and small. Yes it is, but inside the room everything needed for comfort rest and sleep is there. Good sheets, linen and white towel. The bathroom is also not that small, and it has cold and hot water. Refrigerator and safety box is there too. The only disadvantage is only the location, it is not very close to mtr, and quiet confusing, as there are only Chinese signage everywhere. Not a tourist ebnvironment, but there are a few seven eleven and circle k.
Travel tip:
It is very cold and windy when you travel to Hongkong on December for new year celebration, be prepare for good clothing.

we concur with the other reviewers! this hotel had a great location (in a more residential/authentic area but easy access to the subway line, lots of restaurants/street food and shopping).
the hotel was small/boutique feel but very clean and well kept.
rooms were small and beds were hard (but we're thinking that is the norm in china/hong kong). the walls were very thin - you could hear everything. nice amenities (slippers, toothbrush, water every day).
the front desk was helpful and spoke good english. remember you need to give them $ hk cash for a key deposit.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
big bus is a great way to see the city in an overview way....
octopus card is very cool - for the transit but also for purchasing other things.
remember most of hong kong is cash only (or octopus!)

The staff is not very friendly
The room and toilet rather clean and have most of the things in the room

Do not like the surrounding of the hotel with very old building and rather dark at night.
The inside consider clean. Don't really like the staff as not very friendly and approachable.
However , they will answer to my queries but without smiles. Room size is acceptable as most hotel in HK are rather small.

the hotel is about 7mins walk to mongkok station and accessible to jordan and temple street by cab at only 20hkd$. langham place just prob 2streets away too.
hotel staff are friendly.
what's better! there are lots of laundry shop in the area. you can wash like your clothes n get it next morning at only 20hkd$.
