Overall a great hotel with some issues

Have booked in prince hotel 2 in a span of 2 months. so far both stay were great. staff were very friendly and attentive. since we brought with us our two kids (2 yrs old and 6 months), and the staff were able to provide us easily with a crib and baby bathtub.
some issues were the lack of a ramp for the handicap/stroller. They only have a small single-person lift which is slow and needs assistance from a staff to operate. another is the checking-in, where the rooms were only made available past 3pm. this was especially stressful because we had kids with us tired from the flight. then during checkout, we couldn't request for a late checkout and had to vacate before 12nn
