Great hotel in a nice location

I like everything about this hotel. It's in a nice location, near the MTR, shops, restaurants, and ferry terminals. Rooms are new and clean with comfy beds and large bathroom. The hotel personnels are very accommodating and give good services.

The hotel has the perfect spot at Tsim Sha Tsui. Right in the middle of shopping areas. Very much accessible to food and shopping.

great location, great service, great room
its at the center of everything. its so near the subway station, kowloon station for early check in. the place is clean.

We were upgraded to the suite room because i booked a room in the club floor which prohibits kids under 12 to stay. i made a mistake in booking... well there was no warning or any advise. anyway, sara ( a pregnant lady from the front desk) was kind enough to upgrade us. I asked for candy because my son remembered the candies available from our last trip. Sara gave him a lot. Took time to get for him. appreciate it.
The room was so spacious. My son didn't want to leave the room. We will definitely go back in this hotel.
Restaurant Tip:
Across the hotel are great restaurants like Sweet Dynasty.
In Silvercord, you will find Ippudo ( Ramen and Pork Buns) and Din Tai Fung for Dimsum.
In Landmark ( Central) check out Joel Robouchon- The best!
In Ocean Harbour City- check out BLT Burger.

Very pleasant hotel and very nice staff
lovely clean hotel,well maintained friendly helpful staff very convenient location particularly to pacific club and almost every other convenience

Stayed for 2 weeks, conveniently located specially to the Pacific Club .Rooms were reasonably spacious with a large bathroom.The Hotel is very clean and well maintained. The Staff were very friendly ,helpful and efficient.We will be staying there again on our next visit.

the hotel is linked to Harbour City shopping mall which makes shopping and eating very easy. The service staff are all very friendly and helpful, and the service is always fast such as check-in and check-out procedure, room service etc.

the hotel is linked to harbour city shopping mall which thus makes shopping and eating easy. The service staff are all very friendly and efficient; this includes the front desk staff, concierge staff and the staff in the hotel restuarants.
The room is also very spacious and comfortable.

Our Stay at the Marco Polo Prince Hotel was fantastic. Great views and location. Very comfortable rooms and very pleasant staff made our stay a memorable one. Definetly recommend this hotel. Central to everything and the Metro made it very easy to travel around Hong Kong.

This hotel is located in the heart of Tsim Tsa Tsui - close proximity to the China Ferry Terminal, numerous museums, great shopping and food offerings, and a 5-10 minute leisurely walk to the Kowloon Park and MTR. The hotel offers spacious rooms that are much larger than the usual HK standard ones. Staff is courteous, and upon our first visit, showed us to the room. The room offers complimentary bottled water and fruits. The gym is adequate. Overall, the hotel stay was great - i would definitely stay again.
Restaurant Tip:
Ding Tai Fung in the Silvercord shopping complex at 30 Canton Rd - only minutes away from the hotel - the restaurant earned a one-michelin star for its food. A must try in Hong Kong
