at our first stay i Hong Hong, we arrived from the airport by metro, and easily foud the way to the hotel from Jordan metro station situated in the basement of the prudential shopping mal and hotel. The staff granted us with on hour later check-oute time, due to our short stay. Friendly staff and clean premmises.

Prudential Hotel occupies an idyllic location. 6 storey stylish shopping mall with over 100 boutiques conveniently situated below the hotel. Park Lane Shopper's Boulevard and Harbour City just round the corner.
Nestled on full of city life Nathan Road, Tsimshatsui and atop of Jordan Mass Transit Railway Station. With a short walk from the hotel.

Good connection from Airport Express + free coach, as well as having Jordan station next to the hotel. Only walking distance to downtown and night market. Good quality room (was upgraded to excecutive room). Shopping in the same building (for ladies!!)

The hotel is clean, the room is comfortable and the location is very good..

The staff was very nice with us, they try to solve all our concerns...The hotel is close to the a nigth market very nice to walk...only two blocks from the subway and so many restaurants. The pool is nice and the gimnasiun is only a hotel room with some treadmills. I recommend this hotel for somebody that os looking for a nice , abd clean place to stay in a A location.

Relatively short stay but we found the Prudential to be ideally located. We acquired tourist day passes for the MTR and were able to move about and back to the hotel with ease. Rooms are about average in size for Hong Kong but nicely decorated giving it a quality feel.

Late buffet had a very decent selection and was well priced. It seemed to be well attended by locals when we were there which is usually a good sign

Price was really good as I booked on an Agoda special.

The staff are efficient and friendly. There is always more than one person at the reception desk so there is never a wait. The view from the window is of a delapidated building and a busy street so not the best view there is of Hong Kong
however the position is fantastic and it super convenient being on top of the Jordan station. I do plan on staying at the Prudential on my next trip.
Travel tip:
If you take the airport express bus, the stop is a few hundred meters away and around the corner so make sure you know where the hotel is as its not so comfortable lugging your bag around in Hong Kong heat if you don't know where you going.

This hotel is good value for the money. The rooms are a good size by Hong Kong standards, clean and bright with large windows. The location is great - in an interesting neighbourhood but also directly above a subway station so easy to get to other parts of the city. Staff are friendly and helpful.

good stay at prudential
location (right near a metro)

our stay at the prudential hotel was a pleasant one. it was very easy to find when we took the public bus from the airport. it stopped right in front of the hotel. the room and bathroom were decent sizes. the location was ideal since it was right above the jordan MTR stop. i would definitely stay there next time i visit hong kong.
Travel tip:
take the public bus 21A from the airport to this hotel. it is a lot cheaper than the airport express train or other options.
