I have been staying in this hotel most of the time for my business trip. Good hotel with friendly staff, helpful and the most important is cleanliness of the hotel. Very near to TST and MTR is just below the hotel so easy to get to anywhere.

This is the 4th time i am staying in Prudential and I will continue to do so. I think it is value for money. Be it the location, cleanliness, size of the room, I think it is worthwhile. I have stayed in many hotels in HK before and i know most of them got very tiny rooms thus I say Prudential has got good size rooms for HK standard.

Good services and room cleaniless
Room is very clean n spacious compared to other same pricing hotel. Best thing is the location is really very good. Jordan MTR station is just beneath the hotel.

Room is tidied up very clean daily and all the stuffs are refilled. Location is very near to all the shopping area and central area. Good food is located around this hotel and the night markets are just walking distance from the hotel. If you take a cab up to the further up Ladies market, the cab meter wont even jump.

Overall a veary comfortable stay, our second stay at this hotel. Neat and clean rooms, all to a good price. The hotels closness to Jordan metro station gives it a verary good locatoin in this citys shopping mekka!
Shopping Tip:
Do a walking roundtrip, starting with Ladies maket, sports marked and in the end night maked in Temple street.

Unpteen-th visit to the Prudential
nicely located in the center of TST
8.3
I have stayed at this hotel over a dozen times and for the longest time could not figure out what was the difference between their 'standard', 'deluxe', and 'executive' rooms. I wrote another review on the differences between standard and deluxe, but on this trip I stayed in an executive room (oh-my!).
An executive room has these improvements over a deluxe room; free Internet, JBL clock radio with iPod dock, and free breakfast at the restaurant. The shape and size of the room is the same as the standard and deluxe ones.
The price delta is pretty good. These rooms are also on the 15th floor so there is less hallway noise from guests and there are fewer rooms on this level. Plus, you are away from the 'riff-raff' guests and tour groups who go cheap and pile 4 people into a room.

No Fuss
Good location, Reasonably Priced, Renovated Rooms
7.3
Very pleased with the hotel's location. Food and amentities could be found nearby and the train station is just downstairs. Rooms were upgraded since the last time I was there. However, the buffet is expensive and not exactly fantastic. Staff were friendly and helpful but concierge is not well equipped with internet and directory. Overall an above average hotel with a winning location.
Shopping Tip:
The supermarket is just downstairs.

My Prudential Experience
just on top of Jordan MTR station
near the night market
9.3
The rooms are not that big but they are just right. They have clean sheets and clean bathroom. Complimentary fruits is a plus. You have a view of the busy street of HK. Hotel is just 5 minutes away from the night market and the busy street of Hongkong.
Hotel does not have elevator coming up from Jordan MTR station but they have escalators. Enter Exit E and go up 2nd floor. On the concierge area they assisted us with our luggages which we appreciate coming from a tiring trip. Same thing when we are going to the airport.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
I would recommend taking the taxi going to airport instead of the bus as it is much cheaper to do so.
Night market is 5 minutes away the Jordan Area. Go to temple street if you want to eat good food.

Convenient but...
Hotel is amazingly just above the MTR. Super convenient as HK has one of the best transportation systems in the world. The adjoining shopping complex helps if it rains but its lame, nothing to see, dull and dingy.
6.7
If you are looking at a convenient and comfortable hotel, Prudential works well with the convenience of the MTR. Rooms are average, has all you need but again the internet connection is bad.
