Prudential Hotel HK review

The prudential was a great hotel, the beds were nice, much softer than most in China. The rooms were well set up, the desk at the back of the room was very nice to set up our laptop, it had a mini bar we could put stuff in. The internet worked great the 1st night but then it acted up & didn't work well, the staff really didn't help us with it, they said they were too busy. the bellboys/concierge were also too busy to help with directions. Location was great, right on the metro

Use the metro, quick & once you figure it out the 1st time, it's easy

We are happy to stay in Prudential Hotel
Just a few clicks and we are able to book the hotel we would like to book in advanced before our travelling period from www.agoda.com.
The description of the hotel, the photos, location details and etc are really helpful for us to make our decision.
The location of Prudential Hotel is really very convenience for us especially we are going with our parents who is not able to walk far. We just have to take the escalator down to the lowest level and the MTR (Jordon Station) is there. This also bring benefits for traveller who travel during raining sessions where the entrance to MTR station are all the way indoor.

The receptionist is friendly. And the housekeeping helpdesk is very helpful as well. We will definitely recommend our friends to stay in this hotel in future.
The room is actually quite spacious compared to other hotel in Hong Kong.
The room is clean and the toilet is clean too. We love the concept where they fully utilized the space in the room to give the maximum space for their guest that stays there.
Shopping Tip:
This hotel is surrounded by a lot of shops which good for the ladies to do their shopping there.
MTR is just under this building and just 2 - 3 station we can reach "Mong Kok" which famous for shopping as well.

the hotel basically is fine, it is just there discount for the guest is too small, receptionist not accomondating but the house keeping staff are very kind . the location is ok , room is fine but the bed too small even you stay on delux .
Shopping Tip:
it is near to shopping area or you can easily take mtr to anyway you want to go.

A happy and pleasurable stay in Pudential Hotel

During my recent stay at the Pudential Hotel in HongKong, which I booked online through Agoda , I am extremly pleased and wish to say that the stay at the said hotel was simply fantastic. The hotel staff greeted me politely when I check-in and he was also helpful to provide me with courteous replies on my queries. When I requested for the two rooms which I had booked to be on the same level, they willingly acceded to my request by upgrading the room type to the higher level so that the two rooms can be together although at that time, the original rooms were not available on the same level. The rooms were very nice and clean, my family and I felt very comfortable during the short stay the the hotel.

We Love Prudential Hotel

This is our 5th time staying at Prudential Hotel. The size of the room is larger compared to other hotels in Hong Kong. The location is superb as the MTR station is below the hotel. There are also numerous excellent restaurants around the Jordan area. The Star Ferry/Victoria Harbour is about 10-15 minute walk from the hotel. Everything is really accessible from this hotel. The staff is always helpful and willing to assist you.
However, the Internet charge is quite expensive.
Restaurant Tip:
There are a lot of restaurants across the hotel (the street at the back of Shamrock Hotel). We tried 3 restaurants and they were all excellent and affordable.

The hotel location is located just above the Jordan MTR. Jordan MTR is just next to tsim tsa tsui MTR, so location wise is really perfect for me. The hotel lobby is located at Level 2. Below the hotel, there are L1 and 2 basement storey of shopping mall. There is also some restaurant, money changer and small shopping mall surrounding the hotel (within 3 mins walking distance). Recommended choice for people looking to shop around. Room service for hotel foods is quite expensive.
Restaurant Tip:
There are few good dim sum surrounding the hotel. The price is okay too since it has 50% offer after 2pm. Recommended.

Prudential Hotel: Hong Kong (Kowloon)
Superb location...staff extremely friendly, helpful and competent. When i arrived at 19:30 they were sold out of the room i reserved so they upgraded me to a suite!...wonderful!...made my stay at the hotel even more wonderful.

I enjoyed every minute of my time at the prudential.
Would highly, highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in kowloon. Location is excellent, can not be any close to the mtr system (hotel located right on top of a subway stop: jordan). Staff extremely helpful and competent (english was excellent). Can not wait to return to the prudential on my next visit to hong kong.
Travel tip:
If you are using the airport bus, the number 22 bus is right about 2 minutes walk (over to jordan).
