Comfortable stay in a convenient location.
Convenient location, close to a wide variety of stores as well as to a variety of different modes of transport that can bring you all across HK. Clean and quiet environment for restful nights.

My stay at the hotel was pleasant. I had no problems with finding food and buying basic necessities near the hotel. The train station was just 5mins down the road, and buses were available just downstairs from the hotel.

Great stay! Will surely stay here again! Been to other hotels in Hong Kong, but experienced small beds and rooms. Prudential hotel has rooms and beds of comfortable size. Hotel is just above Jordan MTR station and above shopping mall.

Boyfriend and I were really happy and satisfied with the room. It is spacious by HK standard and we got a King size bed, toilet with bathtub! Hotel staff was thoughtful to gave us an additional blanket due to the cold weather without us asking for it. And I brought a soft toy over and left it in the room while we tour around and the staff positioned it in a very cute manner while making-up the room. The room was kept clean but I noticed some hair not cleared away on the first night, not a major issue since it was being cleared away the next day. Very accessible to MTR and some eateries and street food. Recommended to stay here. =)

comfortable room size but bed was soft and had only one pillow provided for each twin bed. friendly reception allowed an early check-in and later check-out which i really appreciate.

location is good and mtr is just 3 to 5 minutes away from hotel...
housekeeping ladies are very helpful even when we do not need them to clean the room, they advised us at least to help clean up the bathroom and change all towels for us. there are eateries around opening till late hours too.
the only bad thing is, rooms are not sound proof. in the morning you are able to hear the opening and closing of doors by your neighbours when they are going out.
will be good if wi-fi is complimentary since technology is already so advanced that everyone needs connection for their phone.
overall experience for my hubby and myself is good.
