clean room, close access to MTR station. Lots of cheap local food. The lobby is kinda dark/old. No ironing board/iron in room. No lotion in bathroom. Stingy on toilet paper/towel/tissue. It was quite dissappointing to walk into the lobby of this supposed 4-star hotel. The lobby was so dark and small, the escalator leading up to the lobby was small. But the check-in was quick. And the room was clean and comfortable. Close to MTR station with lots of cheap local restaurants. Overall satisfied.

Stayed at Prudential hotel for 2 nights near Jordan MTR station.
Just walk 5 mins through the shopping center entrance which is join with the hotel and you will arrive at the MTR ticketing booth .
Very convenience .
as for food can also try the sio long pow at the restaurant directly opposite the hotel entrance . They make their dough for the sio long pow and noodle on the spot .
Got to wait and queue for check in .I think it was a long weekend when i was there last weekend . hotel pool was close with maintenence sign shown but from what i saw was they were close for quite some time . so i couldn't have a dip in the morning as what i had planned . Overall enjoyed my food eating trip to Hongkong .
hotel booking was easy as i had booked 2 days before my arrival only.
as for my booking for the executive room which i had paid more ,it was a low for me as i thought executive rooms should have a private lobby from certain floor up and bigger rooms .
Instead i was told when checking in that executive means it is for breakfast and internet connection . Ha Ha Ha !!!
other than that every thing was good !!!
Restaurant Tip : If you want to try shanghai Hairy Crab . just go to Tsim Sha Chu and you can find 2 shops selling CRABS near the NIKE shop. you can ask them to steam for you and they even provide the vinegar and a set of crab eating tools set for 10 HK dollar .Prefere the smaller shop with the old couple selling , they are much friendly !!! Find a small restaurant near by and enjoy !!! Ofcourse order some food from the shop as well . If not take a cab back to your hotel just don't mess up the room !!! bought 4 biggest size crab for HK 420 !!! 2 male and 2 female . will go bac k soon for more !!! as i know thw season will end by Mid -January .
just eating 2 crab per person will not be enough for 1 meal Ha Ha !! this way you don't have to skip lunch or dinner or supper !!!Ha Ha Ha !!!

Location is very convenient, close to MTR station and many shops It is very convenient for those shopping lover because it is quite close to many shops where you can walk around the hotel or just a 1 or 2 station away you may find many interesting places where you can stroll around for shopping, the bus stop is just in front of the hotel and MTR station(Mongkok Station) is just 20 meters away, easy to access from the Airport because you can take the Airport bus and just get off in front of the hotel at only HKD 33.00, very recommended for the budget travellers, I will definitely stay here next time.
Shopping Tip : Lady market and Temple street is within the walking distance

Location is great -- near Temple Street Market and a decent shopping mall. On top of Jordan MTR Station. The bed is short. It tries to be fancy, like a boutique hotel, yet really isn't. This is the second time that I've stayed at the Prudential. The first experience was OK. This time, not so good. The location of the hotel is great -- on the corner and Nathan and Jordan Road. It's near Temple Street Market, which has a decent night market and very good restaurants. The bed was too soft and too short -- I'm 6'2"--my feet hung off the end of the bed. Also, I was surprised that with this price, they wouldn't offer a free breakfast. Instead they gave me a voucher for HK 100.
The desk staff don't seem very friendly or welcoming. Although nothing happened to me, during the time I stood in line to either check in or check out, I saw at least 3 separate customers have heated arguments with the manager. I couldn't hear what they were talking about, but I could tell they weren't happy.
All in all, I'd give Prudential a pass. There are better hotels in the area.
Shopping Tip : Whenever we're in HK, we always eat at Temple Street Crab. Although I live in China and eat Chinese food all the time, Temple Street Crab is certainly our favorite -- reasonably priced and tasty. Also, eating at the cafe tables on the street and watching the crowds go by is fun.

If you're looking for a hotel with MTR entrance right at the hotel, this is the one. The location is great compared to the price you pay. Reasonable price. If you like the new hotel, this is not the one. I will definitely check in at this hotel again.

in strategic area, near MRT station the room is too small, need to be refurnished, if your first time arrival in Hong Kong, you can stay in this hotel, or else you could find the better one around this area. the good thing, you dont need to walk so far to go to MRT station because its just right in the lowest floor. though, the escalator is to small to bring your big luggages. Otherwise, its just a nice area to stay.thx
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : yamazaki bread, just accross this building..nice bakery shop

shopping, along nathan, affordable overall, affordable, nice location, clean room though quite small. near shopping areas, we really enjoyed our overnight stay in Hong Kong, definitely we'll consider this hotel the next time we visit HK,though we have'nt tried their restaurant due to lack of time, maybe next time we'll try their buffet. We'll surely recommend this hotel to our relatives and friends.

Hotel is along Nathan Road and right above the MTR Jordan stop. small lobby and concierge area Hotel is right above the MTR Jordan stop. The room we got was very clean and had enough space for 2 people plus the luggage. The lobby area was a bit small, but the receptionists were very helpful in giving directions and assisting us on where would be the best place to go for our needs. The hotel clerk we spoke to can speak good English.

Located centrally, easily accessible by MTR and buses, within walking distance of food and shopping Escalators switched off after 10pm, hard to lug the luggage and shopping bags around, no prominent lift lobbies to the hotel The hotel is well furnished, the decor is classy and the staff is quite friendly. I borrowed an iron and ironing board and the housekeeper brought it to us within minutes. Coffee and tea is free of charge. The room is quite spacious for 2 person. TV channels could do well with more selections. Overall I enjoyed my stay and will go there again.

Great location, close to shopping and transit I hated having to pay for the internet. If you are in a standard room, be warned, its not free! The Prudential Hotel is always a solid choice in the Kowloon area. Its reasonably well appointed for the price, with tasteful and modern decor. It is close to shopping and other amenities and is located directly on top of Jordan MRT station.
I was annoyed that I was charged for the internet as I had booked a superior room as opposed to a deluxe.

clean rooms besides good location services are accepted Hotel entrenes and small elevators I will use prudential hotel next visit as price is acceptable also location perfect as metro station just underground , all shopping area are around and many restaurants are around , staff are cooperating only on trade fair time there will be some rush and congestions room are clean
Only tissue papers are not sufficient.

Clean room and bathroom.
Great location.
Desserts shops opposite the road.
Clean pool on rooftop (nothing I can fault yet) Warming Bellboys to take care of your luggage when you arrive and check-in, and when you leave. Clean room and bathroom. Great location. Even the additional bed was as good as the room bed. Not simply another additional mattress. Bellboys are helpful to my elderly parents.
