Access to Jordan MTR directly under hotel, easy free shuttle bus service from Airport Express Kowloon station to Jordan MTR

Short beds

Decent hotel, value for money, very convenient and easy access to the MTR network as well as easy to get to if you take the Airport Express train from the airport to Kowloon station and then transfer to the free Airport Express shuttle bus to Jordan MTR. Didn't try the hotel food as there are lots of great restaurants nearby, including a 7-eleven store next to the hotel that's open pretty late at night.

Shopping Tip : 7 eleven next door, open pretty late if not 24 hours, for water and HK SIM card for mobile phones

Helpful staff.

Narrow escalator.

Very good hotel with excellent location to most part of HK, shopping, restaurant, etc. But the charge for internet is expensive, though. But overall, good hotel, as i have stayed there for almost all my hk trips which is averagely at least once a month.

rooms are bigger with a nice sofa to rest on. staffs are helpful and friendly

its a good hotel overall, there is nothing i can comments on. maybe only the bathroom as there is no access to flow out the water on the floor. i always flood the bathroom after every shower!

location is great with plenty of food and shops nearby. even the famous eatery shop can be found within walking distance. temple street is located just 2 blocks of shops away. you can also find macdonalds, wellcome, bossini, etc. but do watch out for shops that sell dried seafood. they are rude and pushy. i had a bad experience at a shop. so do go to those with a 'quality service' sign assured by hongkong tourism board.

Travel tip : i think temple street is much better to shop than ladies market at least the seller are less rude when comes to bargaining.

1) Location, convenience - few blocks away from shopping & nice eateries (e.g. Grandville, Temple St. Market, etc). 2)Rooms - clean, good size room. Housekeeping was detailed in making up room. 3)Friendly staff.

Small width-sized escalator leading to reception desk.

Very convenient location being just above of Jordan MTR Station. We had a nice stay in the hotel as the hotel staff we had encountered were all helpful (particularly the security personnel & bellmen). We brought our stroller along and as it doesn't fit into the width of the escalator, they allowed us to use the staff lifts that leads directly to our room. We will definitely be a return guests and recommend others to stay in this hotel.

The room was large with a nice view and well decorated. The location is convenient. The flat screen tv and internet worked well.

I tried to go down the stairwell and got locked in - would not be good in a fire. I had trouble finding plugs in the room. The elevators were erratic.

I would stay here again. The room was attractive and modern, the bathroom complete. They brought a fruit plate and there was a refrigerator and coffee pot so I was self sufficient. The hotel is adjacent to a big mall so lots of things are easily accessible. In addition, it is an easy several block walk down to the waterfront and light show. The location is between the waterfront and the shopping markets of monkok so both are easy to find.

Shopping Tip : You can shop forever in any direction

on top of MTR\nperfect situation\nrooms and staff OK

There is no \"real\" lobby, which makes it not too easy to make appointments with people\nTraffic is very busy around the area (taxi's are impossible to take, they get completely stuck)

The Prudential is a fine hotel, situated inside a shopping mall and on top of the MTR JORDAN.\nYou can get everywhere via the MTR. The hotel is in the center of things, close to Kowloon Park if you like to take a rest/breath of air.\nTraffic is quite heavy in the area and in rush hour there is a complete gridlock (so it is not a good idea to take a taxi)\nFood is very nice and staff is friendly, although the hotel, lying so openly in a shopping mall gives no homely feeling.

Travel tip : In the Prudential shopping mall there is a little shop specialised in clothing for rather \"big\" ladies, size XXXXL and further. Charming.

GOOD LOCATION - CLEAN

NONE

The hotel is very well located, it's clean, the rooms are good quite small but good ! Don't expect a great welcome from the hotel staff, you won't have it !!\nIt's a touristic hotel with a lot of customers so staff doesn't make any effort about customer service. There is a pool a the top and a gym room !

- good location\n

- poor service\n- lobby at 2nd floor, not comfortable if you have big luggage\n- not clean\n

I reach this hotel and feel very tried because I have to carry my big luggage via escalator to check in at the lobby. And after I go shopping and back to hotel late at night, I have to walk via the escalator becuase the escalator is out of service. So if you go back to this hotel after the plaza close, you must use other exit gate from the MTR.\nMy summarize is this hotel is just have only good location but others is not value for our money. And if i'm back to hong kong again, I don't want to stay here any more.

Shopping Tip : if u back late at night, you must use other exit gate (not prudential hotel gate)

Great location! Just steps away from the Jordan MRT Station.

Some of the rooms are a bit small for 2 people.

The Prudential Hotel Hong Kong is actually located on the Kowloon side, right off the famous Nathan Road shopping area. The popular Night Market, where you will find great shopping bargains and inexpensive road-side dining, is just a 10 min. walk from the hotel. So if you enjoy shopping and eating, this is the area to stay in. The Prudential Hotel has also been renovating their rooms, which have a clean, modern feel to them. If you are looking for a modern hotel in a great location, this is the place.

the location very central and convinient.the travel desk very helpful and organised.

very cramped room and not value for money. definitely not for a family with kids.unsmiling staff and indifferent reception really puts u off.

since we were not in the hotel much it did not make a lot of impact.but overall the staff wes not bothered to find out if one was comfortable or not.also no smiling staff and grumpy receptio was very offputting.can't say that except for the location of the hotel it has much going for it.no mealsare catered to and vegeterians like us have a reaaly hard time staying in such places.if breakfast is included in the package then it would be value for money.otherwise nothing very excite about the hotel.only good feature is the convinience of the mtr station right below the hotel.

Clean and tidy and the hospitality is good.

Internet is expensive, charging for local call too, not upto the mark of 4star hotel,no mini bar.

Hotel is clean and room sizes were ok, but no mini bar facility, internet is expensive as well they charged Hk $25 each time connection where as the same was got disconnected more than 3times which made me loose money while reconnecting. They should not charge for the local calls at least as well provide a mini bar facility and upgrade themselves to the 4 star facilities. Location is good for shopping as well, very near to the railway station too. Hospitality is good, again its very expensive when i compare the same with the services they provide, breakfast should be included with the room charges.

Shopping Tip : Its a good location for shopping as well night life too is not bad.

Very close to the station.

When I tried to check-out at front desk at noon, there was a long line for check-out and I had to wait.

It is very close to the subway station. The room size is not big, but not small.

Location and room

Slow response and service, no free internet in room.

When I try to go to hotel via taxi, the taxi driver doesn't know the English name of the hotel, hence it took a while for him to find based on the address.\n\nWhen I reach the Hotel, the check-in was extremely slow and the staff insisted on having a hard copy of the Hotel Voucher before assisting me to do the check in even though I already show them the soft copy through my laptop. When I finally check-in, it took them years to send my luaggage up and another 30 mins to get me an iron.\n\nFrankly, with such service, I don't think I'll opt to stay in this Hotel again.

HOTEL STAFF ARE VERY PLEASANT AND COURTEOUS, EXCELLENT SERVICE, REASONABLE SIZE BED ROOM, CLEAN AND WITH QUALITY FITTINGS, NICE SIZE BATHROOM WITH MARBLE BENCH TOP.

WE HAV E 2 SINGLE BED IN THE ROOM, THE SINGLE BED IS A LITTLE BIT SMALLER THAN THE AVERAGE. THE ELEVATOR STOPS AT 2DN FLOOR WHERE THE RECEPTION IS, IT WOULD BE GREAT IF THE ELEVATOR CAN GO TO GROUND LEVEL.

WE ENJOYED OUR STAY VERY MUCH, NOT ONLY PRUDENTIAL HOTEL IS A GOOD HOTEL BUT ALSO ITS LOCATION IS SUPERB, SHOPPING CENTRE, FOOD COURT , RESTAURANTS ARE JUST METERS AWAY FROM THE HOTEL, THERE ARE HUNDREDS OF SHOPS AND MANY MANY RESTAURANTS WITH THE CHOICE OF CHEAP EAT TO HIGH END WITHIN ONE KILOMETER. ITS SO CONVENIENT, MTR IS JUST AT THE BASEMENT OF THE HOTEL, YOU CAN GO ANYWHERE WITH EASY AND AIRPORT SHUTTLE BUS ONLY TAKES JUST A BIT OVER AN HOUR TO THE AIRPORT. I CERTAINLY WOULD RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE I KNOW.

Restaurant Tip : SATAY KING RESTAURANT ON THE BASEMENT NEAR THE UNDERGROUND TRAIN STATION (MTR) AND THE CHINESE RESTAURANT ADJOINING THE HOTEL ON THE GROUND FLOOR
