The location of this hotel is near the mtr station...downstairs of this hotel is shopping mall...the staff of this hotel is not so friendly and didn't give clear information for us...

It would have been nice to have had hot milk with coffee. The air conditioning was set too cold in the restaurant making it necessary to wear a jumper.
Travel tip:
Ask for a room overlooking Nathan Road.

The hotel is located inside a shopping mall which is linked to Jordan MTR station. In addition, this hotel is located in between the hot area of Tsim Sha Tsui & Mong Kok. A great choice if you want to go the these two places.

I think that the room is spacious as compared to other hotels in Hong Kong. The location is very good as it is just above Jordan mtr station but do take note that the escalator to the hotel from the mtr stops operating at around 10am. There are also many good food around the hotel.

Great locations but twin room on the small side

We stayed 2 nights at Prudential Hotel. The hotel is conveniently located on a shopping mall and close to all the shops, malls, restaurants, attractions and bus stops and Jordan station. The staff was friendly and the rooms were tidy and clean. The hotel has a nice clean modern design in shades of red, purple, plum, silver and aptly placed mirrors to give an illusion of space. We were pleasantly surprised that the hotel was quiet although it is located on very busy Nathan Road. However on the downside, we requested a room with a double bed but were given a room with two small twin beds. Also, we could not enjoy a refreshing dip in the swimming pool as it was under renovation.

Clean hotel with simple furnishing

Pleasant stay for two nights. The hotel is near to many shops and a short walk from the shopping malls at TST.
Getting to other parts like Central and Shueng Wan is a breeze as Jordan MTR is just below the hotel.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Rooms are not sound-proof. Bring head-phones if you are a light sleeper.
Also, if you have big luggage, use the side entrance to the hotel. The escalators that lead to the hotel from Jordan MTR at the basement are very narrow.

The hotel was nice, but the rooms were much smaller than what they looked in the photographs. Was not totally disappointed, but will never stay in this hotel again.
