Great service, nice staff, excellent location (right over the MTR). Room was a touch small, but didn't really bother me. Since my flight had a few hassles, I ended up having to change the date that I was staying with the hotel, which Agoda handled with no problems. Check-in was easy, no hassles there either. Overall my experience with both Agoda and the Prudential Hotel was enjoyable and very easy, would definately use both again, and recommend them to anyone else.
Restaurant Tip : A quick ride on the MTR to central and a quick walk (about 10 minutes) to SOHO and you can find basically any food you want - a GREAT suburb.

Close to MRT and Shopping Place..Hotel is nice, clean and comfortable as well. I alway stay at this hotel when i was in Hong Kong, All facilities and services is pretty good. The hotel also close to shopping area around Nathan Rd. that will be a good opportunity for shopaholic to stay here. The room is nice and clean, the reception is not that fancy but not too bad. Anyway if you have a chance to stay in Hong Kong Kowloon. This place might be your choice.

i like the hotel because its near the place i want to go and the best thing is the shopping centre just downstair the hotel. and the mrt station also in the same building n located in the basement. the lobby is too small n there were not enough spaces for the large group to stay for longer time.when we already whole day shopping n want to go back faster to have a rest we need to walk for a certain distance if the escalator from the shopping centre already close the hotel got its own entertainment n dining. if we want to dine outsite the hotel the surrounding do not have any nice food to eat. the best thing i like is its near the mrt station which is just the basement floor in the same building.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : park lane is jus about 5-8minutes walking distance n there is a nice park around there.

MTR is right below the hotel. Great location. many facilities were in repair when we stayed. For the price I payed through Agoda I feel I got very good value for a good quality hotel. for a hong kong hotel the rooms were big.
Restaurant Tip : Behind the hotel there are many Chinese restaurants. the signs are all in Chinese. If you care to eat there enter and ask "do you have an English menu?". most will have a an English menu and a wait-staff who speaks some English

The hotel is conveniently located near Jordan MTR which makes going anywhere very accessible. It is also near many eateries. the wait time for check in and check out it too long. overall, this is a hotel that is very value for your money. the location is great and the rooms are very clean and good. it is conveniently located near many famous eateries and just a short walk away from tsim tsa tsui. it takes less than 15 mins to get to Central in Hong Kong via MTR. The service rendered to us was also rather good. the only thing that was bad was that the wait time for check in and check out was too long. on top of that, it would have been good if they had more cable tv channels though.

Hotel situated in good location near Tsimshasui and very close to MRT station. We prefer the spacious room with full equipments and facilities but look old. However it's OK for us, this is a resonable price hotel in Hong Kong. The receiption is very polite and gentle we may use this hotel again. ABF not included in room rate and no information on the time we booking this hotel. But not so serious because nearby the hotel there're many food shops we can find Stir-Rice and Dim-Sum for our breakfast overthere. Not very clean. No wifi and tv service Very nice and friendly staff, but no internet service, wire less internet service very poor. Signal lost al the time. Bath room is not very clean. Central cooler is working too fast. Too cold. Tv was not working properly. No guide for using the tv. No adapter for foreigner.

Clean
Modern The Prudential Hotel quite lives up to its previous reviews on being clean and central. Situated right above the Jordan MTR, it's very convenient to go just about anywhere in Hong Kong and Kowloon. Makes access to the airport easy as well.
The room we stayed in was comfortable for two people, clean, with modern decor. Very pleasant.
However, the downside is that we had to pay for wifi connection, at HK$25 a day. Having said that, we would still consider staying there again on our next visit to HK.
Shopping Tip : Don;t miss the Ladies Market which opens at night - some 15-20 min walk away, or take 2 MTR stops to Mongkok. Also around that area are some really good Chinese pastry shops which sells delicious deep-fried Chinese crullers (you tiao).

Convenient, reasonable price. The location of the hotel is just right above the MTR station. So far this the most convenient hotel that I ever visit in Hong Kong. Definitely will be my first choice Hotel for my next visit to Hong Kong.

Quiet but with plenty of shopping areas Hotel is getting worn out and old The Prudential Hotel is quiet in the sense thatit is slightly further away from the hustle and bustle of the main tourist area of Tsim Sha Tsui. It is directly located under the MTR station "Jordan" which makes it so convenient to travel anywhere around Kowloon, Hong Kong and the New Territories. Although they have tried to upgrade the rooms, there was still a sense that the rooms were quite worn out but it really wasn't too bad. There a few Chinese style cafe around the corner from the hotel and a bakery just across the front entrance. The hotel is also very close to the Kowloon Cricket Club.
