Comfortable stay
Location (Close to MTR); Good buffet; Good housekeeping
Overall, a comfortable stay. Stayed on the 13th floor with a connecting room. Located above the MTR, commuting was convenient. Downside was that the mattresses and furniture are old and need to be changed. Nonetheless, rooms are generally well maintained by housekeeping.

VALUE FOR MONEY...WE HAD A GREAT STAY
LOCATION, COMFORT
WE HAD A GREAT STAY AT PRUDENTIAL, OUR DELUXE ROOM IS WELL-AIR-CONDITIONED, NOT SMALL ROOM (WHICH IS COMMON ON HONG KONG HOTELS) WE'VE GOT AVERAGE SIZE - PERFECT FOR US 2 ADULT & 1 CHILD. WITH FRUITS AS COMPLIMENTARY. THEY ASSIGNED US ON HIGHER FLOOR WHICH I REQUESTED, THE CHECKING-IN QUES WAS FAST..GOT NO PROBLEM AT ALL.. TOO BAD WE ALWAYS WAKE UP LATE WE DIDN'T HAVE THE CHANCE TO TRY THEIR BUFFET BREAKFAST...DEFINITELY WILL COME BACK AGAIN TO THIS HOTEL.

The Mercedes-Benz SLK-Class is a compact luxury roadster manufactured by Mercedes-Benz in three generations; R170 launched in 1996, the R171 in 2004 and R172 in 2011. Mercedes-Benz presented the SLK II concept car at the 1994 Paris Motor Show, showing off the "vario-roof".[1] The car went on sale two years later in Europe, and in 1997 in the US. The SLK is built in Bremen, Germany. The designation "SLK" derives from the company's design mission to create a roadster that was at once sporty, light and short—in German: sportlich (sporty), leicht (light) und kurz (short).[2] For the 2017 model year (late 2016), with the release of the third generation R172 facelift, the SLK-Class will be renamed to Mercedes-Benz SLC-Class as per the revised nomenclature adopted by the brand. Under this scheme, roadsters use the base name "SL", followed by the model's placement in Mercedes-Benz hierarchy. The "SL" is for sportlich leicht (German for sport light) and alludes the long-running SL-Class. This is followed by the letter "C"—the SLC being the roadster equivalent to the C-Class.[3][4]

the problem lies with the front office staff.
spacious room. clean. new
the chambermaids or any back end staffs that we have interacted with are all friendly and hospitable. it is the front office staffs that gave a bad impression. first they are rude in the way they talk to you. second they are so jaded in their work they just can't be bothered. it's a hassle to deal with the whole of hong kong service industry and then come back to the hotel and have to see the black face of the staffs.
