Everything went smoothly except the fact that they gave us twin beds instead of a double and they couldn't find a double at the last minute so they upgraded our room which was great .

from the airport, you can take bus a21 to hotel and alight just outside prudential hotel. very convenient!!! it costs 31 hkd. hotel wise is cosy, clean, friendly staff who can converse in english. nothing to fuss about. room is also quite big in hong kong standard.
from jordan mtr, take exit e to the hotel.
Restaurant Tip:
try the shamrock hotel morning dim sum! very nice!

We have stayed in many hotels but my wife and I agree the way to describe this hotel is Faultless.
The room was clean and comfortable.
The view from the roof top swimming pool is out of this world.
Security was very good both around the hotel and the staff were honest.
The little touches like a free newspaper and 2 bottles of water every day.
The staff were helpful.
Location was great, down stairs to the MTR
Shopping Tip:
The Hawkers on Nathan road are a real pain.

the room is great and we extended our stay at the hotel for one more day. the receptionist suggested us to buy from agoda again as its rate would be cheaper. but we accepted their hotel offer because we did not bring our notebook. well, the staff are really considerate. the room is definitely large and comfortable. you would love it.

Hotel in good location, good value for money.

I booked a non-smoking room, however when we arrived there were only smoking rooms available, and they smelt pretty bad.
The bed was extremly hard, and when we checked it appeared that the mattress had been turned upside down, probably so they didnt have to buy new mattresses.
The restarauant and bar area is very nice and food is good. Staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel in great location, close to markets etc.

very convenient location. near to jordan mtr and tsim sa tsui and mongkok. we were given access by e hotel manager to use e lift for staff as our son is in a stroller which is pretty cool. e staff are pretty attentive except e concierge who were pretty overwhelmed by so may travellers as they were e first to handle them. perhaps e manager should be e front man instead of e concierge to handle any problems or issues. our stay was pretty a pleasant one.
