It was a hasslefree accommodation. Check-in process was simple and quick but it has to depend whether you arrive at the correct time as there might be tour groups checking in which may take a longer time to reach your turn.

The hotel is OK, maybe a bit pricey considering the standard but the location is great. The rooms are very small, which seems to be the trend in Hong Kong anyway.

the hotel is just above the jordan mtr station. very convenient. you can take airbus a21 from airport, the bus stop along the main road, walking distance to the hotel entrance. room well maintained.

While it's not a posh hotel that you would want to expect, it's still decent enough for an enjoyable stay with relative comfortable room space & well maintain fitting.
The only complaint would be that you have to take 2 flights of escalator to reach the hotel lobby to reception area (lift reserved for Staff!) . This is especially so if you are lugging your luggage and arrive at the hotel by MTR which is at Basement 2.
Hope the hotel management improved the service and open up the lift to its customers.
