Within walking distance to Temple Street
Above Jordan MRT station, Airport Express Shuttle in front of hotel, staff ability to speak good English

Stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. Stayed on the 11th floor and the room was suppose to be non-smoking. Entered the room and it felt totally opposite. Reception was very helpful and sent someone to sanitised the room. After a few hours the smell was still terrible. Without hesitation, they changed our room the next morning and transported our luggage to the new room.
Very happy with the service and recommended this hotel to a number of friends. Most important the staffs are able to communicate fluently in English.
Shopping Tip:
Temple Street within walking distance. Not necessary to take MRT to Tsim Tsa Tsui as there are plenty of shops on the way to Temple Street.
Ladies Street Market is a bit far to walk. Advisable to take MRT to save time.
Hotel is in a very convenient location and easily accessible to Jordan MRT which is below the hotel and Airport Express Shuttle (K1 line) which is in front of the hotel.

1. great location, hotel link together with shopping mall and mtr station.
2. staff able to fullfill my basic requirement, eg.: distance from the lift,room away from the main street.
3. helpful staff, help to send our heavy luggage to our roon after check in.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Just pop into the MTR station below the hotel and you can go any where you like.

Close to shops and city. Only 10 minutes walk to the water front and great restaurants

The room was rather small but the one thing that effected me most was the bed. We had a double bed joined and my feet were hanging outside the bed. The room was rather noisy from the plumbing within the building.
Overall it was not too bad and staff tried to help as much as they can.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
I recommend walking to the city as you would see more and appreciate more things about Hong Kong. The water front is a must see both during daylight and night time.

Shopping Tip:
Very convenient location for shoppers. We walked to Harbour City in TST area with 15 minutes. There are many shops in between too.

the hotel location is just at mrt jordan station exit. the room is nice, but there is a rust on the small part on the bathtub. the biggest flaw from this hotel is you must pay for internet connection.

Superb hotel with great location right in the heart of the hustle and bustle of Hong Kong finest designer shops , few minutes away from the famous Star ferry take you to the other side of Hong Kong , I would recommend the hotel for excellent décor and style one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in , near Temple street Night market
