Luxury feel, large bed, close to MTR Housekeeping was not great, location was farther away from the largest shopping malls The Prudential was certainly not bad, but I wouldn't bother to recommend it to a friend. Upon arriving, there was some hair left in the bathtub and half a box of tissues for the room. The tissue box was never replaced when it went empty during our 4 night stay. The sheets smelled but were later changed after we requested it. Needless to say, housekeeping needs some help.
Since it was my first time in Hong Kong, I didn't know my way around and the hotel seemed a little inconvenient except for the fact that it was above an MTR station. It was a little farther from the shopping and sights that I wanted to see, but the MTR being close was really good. Overall, the hotel was nice looking and mostly clean but definitely not 5 star.
Travel tip : The airport express bus picks up passengers a few blocks away from The Prudential in front of another hotel. If they tell you it's in front of the Prudential, ask someone else. It may drop off in front of the hotel but it does not pick up there.
Also, we requested a King or Queen sized bed for two and were able to sleep 3.

Neat rooms, very comfortable spaces, nice study, FREE INTERNET! Spacious and well equipped bathrooms - regularly replenished! Excellant location. Bad and crowded lobby, poor access to the lobby, bad view, poor choice of TV Channels Initially had a bit of a difficulty finding the hotel as there is no prominent signage. ALso no lft accessibility from the ground level to the lobby level which is two stories up. The lobby was very crowded and noisy ( at all times!!) Staff was courteous - not warm or friendly just courteous which is ok. Great location, bang on Nathan Street and just above the Jordan MTR!
Rooms were very comfortable, spacious, well equipped , FREE INTERNET! Beds were very cozy and comfortable. Spacious, well equipped bathrooms. Very poor choice of TV Channels. Didnt get a chance to try the food. Pool was under maintainence.
Shopping Tip : Very close to the Nathan rd. shopping area, the Night Market is a stones throw away. Also is just one stop away from the Tsim Sha Sui area. Great for heavy shoppers!

Internet system. No timer or any reminder for the usage or balance usage on internet. Hotel located a good strategic location, which is minute walk to Jordan MTR. From here, the MTR will link you up to all favourite places in Hong Kong. If you like to have light food for your lunch or dinner, nearby there is fish noodle shop. Hotel is walking distance to Temple Street, Lady's Street and also Thim Sha Tsui shopping malls.

hotel was kind of hard to find as it is really not located in the main street but side street This is the first time I stayed in Prudential Hotel and I was really surprised about the rooms. All the reviews kept saying that the rooms were small but for me, it was enough to accomodate 2-3 persons per bedroom. The location of the hotel is fantastic as the MTR is nearby. The bathroom was clean as well as the beds. Basically it's a good place to stay in HK if you're in it for accessibility to shopping centers and not the extra hotel ammenities. I will most definitely go back and stay in Prudential again.
Hotel Feature Tip : You can easily find adaptors for outlets in the drawers. There's also an umbrella for use. Try to find internet elsewhere though as it is really expensive. The hotel is located beside a mall. Sasa and wellcome supermarket is nearby, not to mention the Jordan MTR which is a couple of step's away. MTR leads to a lot of places so that's the biggest bonus.

this is our third stay at this hotel, very convenient, scenic and inexpensive bus ride from the airport. There's a money changer, 7-11, grocery, bakeshop and budget local diner across the hotel. MTR Jordan is right below the hotel. Walk a couple of blocks to Tsim Sha Tsui area for shopping!!

I have been staying in this hotel most of the time. For the last two trips, I was upgraded to a duplex room, fantastic bigger room. The rooms are clean and convenient to go to anywhere as the MTR is just below the hotel. Would recommend to all the visitors to HK.

easy access to mtr station, and clean customer service a little slow during check in, no lift for hotel residence from ground floor to lobby..... hotel is at a good location... it is situated right above jordan mtr.. hotel can be access from the shopping center.... but i think the hotel should have a landmark or a sign as the hotel cant be seen from the main road... the main door of the hotel is located at the side of the building....but overall i would stay again in this hotel......

Central in Kowloon and close to subway system. Nice small Gym but larger pool on the roof. Room was very comfortable. Bed was great. Safe in the room for valuables. Good service at desk. Did not eat in the hotel. a little difficult to find at first.The Universal Gym was out of service when I was there. I think the hotel is a good value for money and the whole of Hong Kong and Kowloon is readily available. I didn't want to shop but there were lots of stores in the attached mall. Small park nearby with an Aviary in it. Lots of restaurants nearby. Area is a little seedy after 11 or 12 at night.
Hotel Feature Tip : Go to the gym early in the day for sole use.

The best feature which both my wife and I clearly enjoy at the Prudential Hotel is the warm friendly hospitable and helpful attitude of all the personal in the hotel, from the bell boys, house maids and all checking in / checking out staff. For myself I think the one weakness of the hotel is that they need to look at improving the sound proofing of the windows, to help reduce the amount of noise from the busy traffic below. I visit the Prudential Hotel regularly with my wife and we have always enjoyed the the warm friendly attitude of the hotel staff. We also like the fact that the staff make efforts to ensure each person is dealt with in turn, especially for check in and check out. This is something which I have not noticed is undertaken in many other hotels I have visited, and of which I witnessed in several hotels that the receptionist have clearly and knowing seen people push there way to the front, but still attend them first prior to the decent people which have been patiently queuing and waiting there turn.

The rooms are still quite new. It is situated in the city and shopping centre. Front counter staff and chamber maids are very friendly and curteous. No dressing table, room lighting is rather dim, insufficient chairs or racks for putting the luggages. No door bell. No bedside gadget switch- on control. Not power point near the bed side. Safe box is placed at too low a place. Prudential Hotel sits at the city and shopping centre of Kowlon. With the surronding bus routes and the MTR station right at the basement, you can access to any part of HK without any problem. You can shop till midnight without any worry of personal safety in returning to the hotel. The hotel staff are helpful and curteous. The rate is reasonable though there are some shortcoming in the room facilities and funishing.
Restaurant Tip : The price of seafood charged by the restaurants around the hotel is reasonable and money for value.

Not a great neighborhood; perhaps if you knew the area it would be decent. The Prudential Hotel Hong Kong was clean and close to the MRT station. There is a good amount of restaurants nearby but I did not venture into them because I did not know what to order. I ended up getting food from a McDonalds and 7-11; both of which was nearby the hotel and is available 24/7. There were both clean and the food standard was beyond most McDonalds/7-11 I've had in New York.
Hotel Feature Tip : It's clean and close to the MRT station; a good amount of restaurants are nearby but I did not venture into them because I did not what to order.

Near Thimsajui and subway is under hotel it s convenian to go to everywhere. The escalator is too small and when the stores under hotel are close the escalator will close too so it s problem for someone who walk walk walk to shopping all day and have to climb the out of service escalator 555+ I like Prudential Hotel so much because it s very convenian for my group. We can go to everywhere by subway (Jordan station is under hotel). Hotel clean & clear but the escalator too small but it s ok.
Shopping Tip : you can use subway to everywhere you want, but not far form hotel has Bossini & Giordano shop and you can walk through that street to Thimsajui, it s very comfortable.

room too small n some staff r rude,after all the room r clean .tv nothing much to watch. i have been to hong kong many times stay in many hotels but for location ... this is one of the best but room r small ,thats ok but some of the staff r rude cos when me n my gf standing at the entrens of the hotel waiting for friends a cleaning lady keep clearning the some spot which is me n my gf standing at ..n keep pushing her clearning tools over our feeds thats wat actually turn me off.. here by i hope i wont get this kinda treatment again when i stay there again.
Shopping Tip : this hotel have the best location cos the MTR station is just at the basement.this is which i like the most.
