Good Location near MTR Station
Affordable Value, room not to small like others hotel
7.3
The hotel is strategic above Jordan station.
The room size is consider big that others hotel.
But, unfortunately when i go there, the hotel was in renovation progress, so there's a little mess everywhere near the lobby side.
Recommended if you looking nice hotel in Kowloon area.
Shopping Tip:
Just go down under hotel, you will find lots of shopping area in your hotel.
Also, do remember your exit / entrance of the hotel to the MTR, because there's a lot of exit of the MTR

Convenient location
I like the fact that the hotel is situated right above Jordan MTR station, making it easy to travel up till 1am.
7.3
the hotel generally provided a good experience, with high level of cleanliness and friendliness. it is a pity that we went during the hotel's renovation period, such that some parts of the lobby are dusty and noisy during the day. also, some parts of the roof top area are not available for use due to the upgrading works.
we stayed at the 15th floor, and the wi-fi strength can be weak at times, leading to periodical disconnections. the good thing is that a lan cable is provided, and guests with laptops can enjoy a stable internet connection.
Shopping Tip:
Prudential Hotel is located at Jordan, which is only 2 MTR stops away from the popular shopping district, Mong Kok. It is also within walking distance from Tsim Sha Tsui.

Great Location but small rooms
6
There was under construction during my check in, so just a bit inconvenience coz we have to go up with freight elevator. We also have to change other elevator when we go to the lobby hotel. But sure, through this construction will be better than before and hope the hotel will be better look after the construction done.

Convenient location, nice rooms
Very handy for Nathan Road, Harbour City and Landmark shopping
6.7
The rooms are nice but the hotel has many large tour groups which are very loud especially at night. I was awaken both nights several times. The reception staff are ok
Shopping Tip:
Check out the small shops in Jordon station and nearby the hotels.

Great location but needs to improve on service
5
The first night we were there, the ceiling started to leak water down, thus we had to switched off the air con for the whole night and requested to switch room the next morning. The hotel did not provide any form of compensation for "spoiling " our sleep. It's alright!
What i do not like about the hotel is that as it is undergoing renovation, to reach the hotel room from the MTR is through their only 2 lifts! And can only take to level 2 (lobby) then switch to the other lifts which will send us to the higher floors which we were staying. It is troublesome as there are stairs and quite a distance to walk, plus we were pushing our pram w our baby. It is inconvenient to manovure the pram down the narrow stairs to the other lifts at the lobby.
There is a hotel staff in each lift to control the hotel patrons to go straight up to their rooms and insist that we change lifts at the lobby area.
We requested to go straight up to our room as we were holding bags of shopping and pushing a pram but they went by the book and insisted that we take the long way.
I feel that they were very inflexible and do not know how to "adjust" to different needs of the patrons

The exit of Jordan MTR Staion is inside the hotel! That makes your journey easier, as you can explore almost the entire Hong Kong using MTR. The area is closed to Tsim Sha Tsui and Mongkok too. The hotel room is typical, but enough for us to rest well during the night.
Shopping Tip:
Nathan Road is the great shopping street. Temple Street during the night is a great place to find local food and goods.

Good Locatoin, but Difficult to Locate
5.3
although we know the hotel is on nathan road with the address, but we walked up donw the street and could not find the hotel. after asking the stores on nathan road we dicovered the hotel is on a back alley with no signs on nathan road. it made a hug black mark in our mind.
the room is clean, but the front desk staff is lack of training to serve international travellers. when asked about good dinning places, they seems get lost and difficult to respose.
it is a reasonable hotel to stay if one doesn't have high expectations with the price it charges.

Great Location but Small Rooms
Location, decoration, view
6.7
very good location - on top of jurdan subway stationas well as a shopping mall with coffe shops etc'. a very close 7/11 store a money exchange shop. a walking distance (20 minutes) south to tst or north to mong kong.
rooms are small about 180 sqf or 22.5 sqm. the rooms look much bigger at the web site photos. also - the agoda web site declares that the size is above 32 sqm (i assume they will fix it after my report).
