Nice and clean room, good location, good facilities. I went to Hong Kong for the second time. Before going, I find out so many hotel, Finally I choose Prudential Hotel because its location nearest Jordan MTR station. Easy to go anywhere, eating, shopping.
If I have a chance to go to Hong Kong again, I will book to stay at Prudential hotel absolutely.

My first choice for HK, Great location, Great property, Good Service Other than a skirmish with a bell boy I had an excellent week here... All else was well. HK hotel rooms are not always the roomy airy ones as you may have grown used to in SE Asia. Even in the 4-5 star catagory, some can be dingy and gloomy looking into a building wall. Enjoyed each stay in this location as everything worked out well. Good Rooms, Good location and proximity to everything a business traveller or a holidaying family would want...

Excellent location; Close to Temple Street Night Market. The Executive rooms were much better than the superior ones... Stayed here many years ago and still like this for all the reasons above... For Hong Kong Hotel rooms this hotel has done well for designing decent sizes...

Centrally located. Close to shopping, restaurants & the metro Station. Room service knocks very early so keep the Do Not Disturb sign On if you want to sleep in late... The location makes virtually walking distance. As the hotel itself has the Jordan Station below, one has easy access to the HK. Shopping and nightlife is also good.

Location and chambermaids' service. The location is good because MRT is just below and the airport bus stops are just a stone's throw away. Also, the night market and many eating places are nearby. The chambermaids are friendly and honest; the conceige helpful and efficient. I left my watch in the room and it was returned me after I checked out a few hours later. Very clean generally.

Best feature is the location of the hotel at Nathan Road and right above Jordan Station. Hotel is reasonably clean and spacious - much better than Shamrock just across the road where i stayed in 2006 and also, there are two long flights of stairs to get to shamrock hotel which makes it extremely inconvenient to carry your luggage from shamrock hotel to the station. but the lobby is small, service staff rather abrupt, and the baggage counter is about 2 floors below that of the main lobby and the lobby and baggage counter are linked only by an escalator (for guests). Also, to get ur baggage to Jordan station, u need to take about 6 escalators down and then a short flight (about 6 steps) of steps. Not happy that TV did not work in my room. Everything is basic and functional and only simple toiletries are provided.
Nonetheless location is superb with sasa, giordano and bossini just around the corner. With the MTR below the hotel, it is very easy to get about Hong Kong. One can also walk to Star Ferry Terminal (15 min walk) and up to Mongkok in the opposite location. Would recommend staying again. The only serious put off was the baggage counter being 2 floors below the lobby and the lobby and baggage counter being conencted by escalators AND also, that although it is above Jordan Station, there are many escalators u have to pull ur luggage on, down about 3 floors to Jordan Station

Excellent location means absolute convenience to most sights. Although the package we booked with Agoda was without breakfast, but it was truely value for money for a family of four (in 2 rooms). Wouldn't say that the standard rooms are luxurious but they are cosy and and comfortable for a good rest after a full day-out exploring the city.

Location-wise, it is easily accessible Counter staff are still not friendly and some are hardly customer-oriented Primary reason for choosing this hotel is due to its convenient location; other than that, I will not pay to get myself frustrated with the counter staff

comfortable , convenience,staff are very helpful. The hotel lobby is not at the ground level. The hotel has very good location, especially near the outboard bus terminal which i can take direct bus to Shantou. The staff are very warm and helpful.

very best location because Jordan Station is under this hotel & I can save my rest time very much. It's easy to go to shopping steet by foot & easy to travel by subway. The room size&escalator is narrow. This hotel is very best location because Jordan Station is under hotel, it's very easy to go shopping at Temple Street,Chinese Product Center and to see Symphony of Light at Tsim Tsa Tsui Station near here but room size is narrow.
Service is very good. They service me about my luggage is very fast when I forgot to give them about luggage tag at reception.
Shopping Tip : very near TempleStreet,YueHwaChineseProduct Center, MTR Station.

good value for money smallish rooms, smell in rooms, no black tea available in rooms.
Easy to reach the hotel from the airport by bus A-21 which stops at prudential center and costs only HKD35. Also the MTR station is situated under the building. The rooms were comfortable with electric kettle, good beds, flat tvs.The first rooms that we were given were smelling strongly of cigarettes ins spite of them being located on non-smoking floors. I complained and was given 2 other rooms which were fine. It would have been better if they had checked that the first rooms were not smelling of cig. since I had specifically requested that earlier.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Buy the octopus card and travel without hassle by MTR, bus and bus to and from airport. Pay 150HKD and get reimbursed by whatever is left at the end of the trip.

The room is good size. The bathroom is spacious. I had to pay to use the internet and it's sooooooo slow that I gave up on it. It's at a very very convenient location. It's right above the subway station. Everything is so convenient. the room is good size, very comfortable and clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. The only problem is the internet, even after paying $50 for 3 hours, I could not use it because of the extremely slow speed. I gave up and went to an internet cafe.
