During that Tythoon night on 6 Aug, it was lucky that we were staying in this hotel and were able to take a train from the basement and transited took an express driectly to the airport and just in time for our return flight to Singapore at 2000hr. So lucky as no taxi would take us to the airport.

better breakfast is expected

Will recommend this hotel to friend and family but they needs to improve the customer care services especially the bell boy side. Very very poor.
Easy accessible to MTR & walking distance to major popular shopping malls.
The bell boy services needs to improve a lot. I have called the bell boy services to come and pick up my lagguage. I have waited for more than 20 minutes when call to check, the bell boy reply we were busy and ask to wait. Very poor service. End up, I have to carry my lagguage of my own.

A reasonable place to stay given that it's half the cost of the Sheratons etc
The room service dinner was actually superb - better than I've had in sheratons, Inter-Continentals etc

The swimming pool on the roof have good view.
- Shopping Tip : Its on Tsim Sha Tsui road which is the main shopping area.

For the price, in my opinion this is a great hotel for HK particuraly the large room. The room we had contained a nice couch, room to move around and comfortable bed.
