close just close just about most things Well i have stayed here before and nothing much has changed - service is still great, rooms are comfy and basically I was pretty happy. I never dine in the hotel because there are so many tasty places around every corner! It is very close and walking distance to all the big markets. You can even have a nice stroll along the never ending Nathan road.

Conveniently located above the Jordan MTR station. Only staircase but no luggage friendly "slope" for easy transfer of luggage to the baggage area.
We paid for a triple sharing room but upon checking in at around 4pm, there were only 2 beds. After making a call to the frontdesk, the extra bed arrived but without pillow. Worker said that she will bring the pillow later but it was never delivered. We had to call housekeeping upon returning at around 10pm for the extra pillow.
Though it's a triple sharing room, toiletries like towels, toothbrushes, cups etc were provided for only 2 guests!!! Have stayed at Prudential Hotel several times before but by far, this most recent trip is the worst in terms of service. It would appear that there was a lack of communication between sales office/reservation and housekeeping as very obviously, the room that we had paid for triple sharing only catered for 2 guests as per above comments.
Would strongly suggest the installation of a concrete slope at the baggage holding area to facilitate ease of transferring luggage from road level to the baggage counter area.....
Restaurant Tip : There's a great wanton noodle stall directly across the roads -- Yew Kee. Go for the tasty soup version with 5-6 wantons, all filled with fresh, succulent whole prawns! The noodle texture is fine and firm.

Convenient location, efficient and friendly check in, comfortable room Bar and restaurant too expensive, no tea and coffee making in room The Prudential is very conveniently located close to public transport and the sights of the peninsula. The rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated with window shutters to block out traffic noise and the bed was big and comfortable. There were no tea and coffee making facilities in the room. The bathroom was clean, functional and well supplied. In the lobby was a very pleasant looking bar and restaurant which I did not enter finding it too expensive. $10 AUS. for a small beer is just too much.
Restaurant Tip : A short walk to great seafood restaurants in Jordan.

Near to shopping malls, restaurants and MTR Spoken english is still quite weak. Need improvement Good location to stay, shop and eat out. Very convenient as near Jordan Station. Full of night life as Temple street market and Ladies market is walking distance. Shopping mall in and around the hotel offer good value for money. For muslim travellers, easy access to muslim food as tsimsatsui area is just a few meters away. Can take train to causeway bay and wanchai for more muslim local flavours.
Shopping Tip : Shopping is a breeze. As hotel is in a shopping mall you can pop in and out of the mall to your hotel room.

Convenience to access to sub-way, shopping, and food. Room a bit small but guess is that way since is in Hong Kong. The hotel is located in a very strategic location. MTR station is just right below the hotel. The access to any area is convenient from this hotel. There are a few 7-Eleven shops surrounding the hotel with 24 hours access. Access to shopping at night market just 2 blocks away. Needless to say about food. We have discovered a few food that we actually love it very much. The sandwich shop near the hotel is "super great!".
Restaurant Tip : Look for Australia Milk Company. The sandwich is great there.

Clean, reliable, good location, fast access to MTR Expensive internet connection Hotel is reasonably priced and provides clean well serviced middle range facilities, and is well located for restaurants and site seeing in Kowloon. The hotel is close to the Evening Market and located immediately above the Jordan MTR Station.

convenient location above jordan mtr bathroom smelled musty/mouldy, fixtures a little dated convenient location above jordan mtr, however it is pretty much a no frills hotel.
staff could be more courteous, was rudely told no double bed available because they're busy, even though that's what I booked. only provided room after I insisted.
bathroom shower curtain needed replacing, smelled like mould/sweat. drain was blocked. customer service neeeded a bit more work.
if u require a cheap and convenient place to stay, not too bad, however if u can stretch your budget, i would look elsewhere

Very easy access from MTR.Good size rooms. Clean and comfortable. Nothing wrong with hotel. My stay at the Prudential Hotel was great. Check in was very easy although I arrived at the same time as quite a fewother people so we had to queue. My room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The view was not great over the rooftops of Hong Kong but it was a sunny bright room on the top floor. The staff were friendly and efficient with good English. One of the best points about the hotel is its position. Get off the MTR at Jordan and go straight up the escalators to the hotel lobby. No need to lug heavy suitcases along the street.

clean room, close access to MTR station. Lots of cheap local food. The lobby is kinda dark/old. No ironing board/iron in room. No lotion in bathroom. Stingy on toilet paper/towel/tissue. It was quite dissappointing to walk into the lobby of this supposed 4-star hotel. The lobby was so dark and small, the escalator leading up to the lobby was small. But the check-in was quick. And the room was clean and comfortable. Close to MTR station with lots of cheap local restaurants. Overall satisfied.

Stayed at Prudential hotel for 2 nights near Jordan MTR station.
Just walk 5 mins through the shopping center entrance which is join with the hotel and you will arrive at the MTR ticketing booth .
Very convenience .
as for food can also try the sio long pow at the restaurant directly opposite the hotel entrance . They make their dough for the sio long pow and noodle on the spot .
Got to wait and queue for check in .I think it was a long weekend when i was there last weekend . hotel pool was close with maintenence sign shown but from what i saw was they were close for quite some time . so i couldn't have a dip in the morning as what i had planned . Overall enjoyed my food eating trip to Hongkong .
hotel booking was easy as i had booked 2 days before my arrival only.
as for my booking for the executive room which i had paid more ,it was a low for me as i thought executive rooms should have a private lobby from certain floor up and bigger rooms .
Instead i was told when checking in that executive means it is for breakfast and internet connection . Ha Ha Ha !!!

Restaurant Tip : If you want to try shanghai Hairy Crab . just go to Tsim Sha Chu and you can find 2 shops selling CRABS near the NIKE shop. you can ask them to steam for you and they even provide the vinegar and a set of crab eating tools set for 10 HK dollar .Prefere the smaller shop with the old couple selling , they are much friendly !!! Find a small restaurant near by and enjoy !!! Ofcourse order some food from the shop as well . If not take a cab back to your hotel just don't mess up the room !!! bought 4 biggest size crab for HK 420 !!! 2 male and 2 female . will go bac k soon for more !!! as i know thw season will end by Mid -January .
just eating 2 crab per person will not be enough for 1 meal Ha Ha !! this way you don't have to skip lunch or dinner or supper !!!Ha Ha Ha !!!

Hotel in shopping mall itself..There are many shops nearby to shop...MRT is within walking distance...very convenient.. No signboard showing that Hotel is in the shopping mall.. The hotel staff are friendly. Room is clean and neat. We were given an upgrade to a deluxe room which the size is slightly bigger. The mattress is good enough to let me sleep well during that 2 nights, unlike other hotels' where you will get backache the next morning.

Location is very convenient, close to MTR station and many shops It is very convenient for those shopping lover because it is quite close to many shops where you can walk around the hotel or just a 1 or 2 station away you may find many interesting places where you can stroll around for shopping, the bus stop is just in front of the hotel and MTR station(Mongkok Station) is just 20 meters away, easy to access from the Airport because you can take the Airport bus and just get off in front of the hotel at only HKD 33.00, very recommended for the budget travellers, I will definitely stay here next time.
Shopping Tip : Lady market and Temple street is within the walking distance
