The hotel location is superb, just above jordan MTR. The room size is consider big when compared to some hotels in Hong Kong. The bed is comfortable and room is clean. One minus point is the lack of wifi in hotel rooms and lobby. You can overcome this by getting a prepaid data card from airport or 7-eleven.

The service sucks. No smile from the hotel staff (front desk and concierge) and they treat you like u r not the guest there. Don't even look at your face when talking. Very rude when answering question. Horrible service from them. Wonder how they are in the service line. Don't feel welcome at all. Can't even sit with eye close at the lobby while waiting for check-in. Will not recommend this hotel to anyone. If u want hotel near the MTR there's other hotel nearby. The worst service I get so far from any hotel I've stayed in. Definitely not coming back there.

King size bed, reasonable room area for family of 4 and easy access to public transport.

Great hotel to stay.in the heart of shopping area. Train station entrace right at the basement of the building so very easy to get around. Would recommend to travellers to Hk.
