easily accessed on tram.in a quieter district.rooms suffice for the leisure traveller.clean. sometimes difficult to converse with staff due to language barrier or my northern accent. we have stayed at the ramada hk twice now this year,the hotel is clean and tidy,rooms are adequate and pleasant enough,housekeeping is good,the tram stop is outside the front door,making access to all districts a doddle.the hotel feels safe and in general,we have not been disturbed by any noisy guests,high floor rooms at the the front of the hotel have a view over the waterfront,but not an uninterrupted view.
Shopping Tip : circle k,7-11 and wellcome stores are closeby,within minutes

The hotel is very clean, staff are very professional. You have to pay in order to access the internet, quite expensive too. I think they should allow hotel guest to access internet even just a few hours. Especially for us, we went there for a business trip, we have to go a coffee shop just to access internet. In general, hotel is very clean and comfortable, price is good. Hotel staff are very professional and efficient. Very accessible, tram station is just across the road, no subway station though but its still ok. Brought our laptops but was useless to use inside the hotel, have to pay internet access and is quite expensive too. Will stay there again if we have trip to Hong Kong. Hope they will keep up with their quality.

Dated decor
Wifi system is inconvenient and expensive Very convenient location for the Western Harbour tunnel, China Macau Ferry Terminal but also close to SoHo and Central makes getting around Hong Kong very easy. The upgrade to a suite is very economical and the value for money is superb, a spacious room in Hong Kong for approx 500HKD is most unusual. Rooms are clean, comfortable and very quiet. My only negatives are that the decor is slightly dated and the voucher based wi-fi system is expensive and inconvenient. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel, especially to business travellers who need to visit New Territories but like to stay on the Island.

room very spacious, clean; convenient location with quick and direct transportation to major biz areas in HK island; lots of restaurants around;staffs friendly and helpful mattress too hard;windows cannot be open therefore air not that fresh This was my second time staying with Ramada in Sheung Wan. The hotel is located not far from major business areas in Hong Kong island. And its also at the foot of the famous Peak. Therefore it would be a good choice for both business and sightseeing in HK. Additionally, there are many restaurants nearby, and the hotel cafe is not good too. The famous food area Soho is about 5-10 mins by Taxi.
The best thing about staying with Ramada is the spacious room. The bathroom there is almost as large as the regular bedoom of many hotels in HK.
The staffs here are very friendly, and always ready to offer in time help.

large rooms, excellent service Away from main shopping and business areas For Hong Kong the rooms are large, clean and comfortable. There was no street noise. Staff spoke good English and were always very helpful. The internet Wifi connection in the room was strong and stable. There are many cheap and good eating places in the area, which is out of the main tourist area. This didn't create any problems for us, in fact it gave us a better feel for the real Hong Kong. The trams and buses run right pass the door giving access to the MTR and the ferries.

Very clean spacious room , room service was very fast and the room sevice staff were very courteous. Central place to travel to any destination. Tram service at the Hotel doorstep. Good connection through MTR. We loved our stay and good value offered by only Agoda. Front office staff were not co-operative and without smile. They Charged for each and every small thing to the guest. One single printout copy was charged at 2.00 HKD and that too to print their own Hotel Voucher of Agoda. Other than front office everything was fine. I will sugest a Hotel near Nathan Road rather than this Hotel. Because nathan road is very Centrally located rather than this property. For every bit you have to travel a lot to reach to the main attractions which is sometimes tiresome. Though the Hotel is well conected with all transport facilities but going to and fro is expensive and time consuming.

The hotel rooms were spacious and nice and was above my expectation. The housekeeping service was excellent. The staff at the lobby were unfriendly and appeared as if they were not interested in their guests. Overall the hotel experience was nice except for the staff working there. they need to learn basic hospitality etiquette.

very good price-quality deal very long time at check in (lot of paperwork to fill and consult for the staff) The hotel is very easily reachable using the tram from central and that is definitely a plus, as in this way you can save a lot of money in taxi.The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are pretty nice, especially the ones with the harbor-view.All together a very positive experience that we will repeat soon.

Clean rooms, good AC, friendly staff, good location Very good hotel for this money. The tram stop is just 10 meters from hotel's entrance. Rooms are clean, staff is friendly and fast doing their job. It is very convenient to stay here if you need activities on HK island. The AC is working properly. Unfortunately breakfast was not included in room charge but it is not problem.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Take tram to Central and you can go to Srtanley by 6X bus.

Rooms were very nice and check in was fast. They borrow you electronic adapter for free. Staff were little rude and I did not see very many smiles. There was not many western places to eat nearby the hotel. We were only one night in Hong Kong and wanted a nice and pretty cheap hotel near the Macau ferry and the Peak. We got what we wanted. This hotel is very good for those who want to see the main attractions and the Peak. You have also easy access to the ferry and airport. I would recommed this hotel for everyone in hurry!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : go to the Peak at 8pm. There is a lasershow. Take a taxi, it does not cost very much.

The hotel was ok.. service is good. It wasn't difficult for us to converse with the personnel since they speak good in English. The hotel offers free shuttle going to the ferry. Easy access going to the City tram is just accross. The room where we stayed was ok but he comfort room wasn't that big. There were no restaurants around only 7-11 few blocks away. The location of the hotel is 15 mins away from TST. I didn't know there were 2 Ramada Hotels in HK one in TST and one where we stayed. I wouldn't reccomnend this hotel if you are going to HK for shopping since it is a little far away from the shopping area. Takingthe tram and MTR would take much of your time..

Quite slow speed elevator Anyone who wants to visit Hong Kong and find some places to stay with. I would advise to stay with this hotel. However, you may need to take a taxi for about 5-10 minutes from Airport Express Station (Hong Kong) to access the hotel. If you don't have any heavy luggage with you, you can simply walk along the harbour.
