Little bit distant location.

Very close to the Main tram and bus service. Everything works. The rooms are big by Hong Kong standards and quite clean.
The location on Des Veuox Road West is misleading. It is quite far from the Metro stations. The service is very slow. Breakfast is very expensive.
The Ramada name is misleading - this is by far the most inferior Ramada I have stayed in. It is just an old 2 Star Hotel, with no frills. Though it is a 30 storey building, none of the rooms, even on the top floors have a decent view.
There is an advertised shuttle service to Central station, but it doesn’t seem to work well. The staff is sullen and unable to provide even the most basic information. There are cheaper, newer and more eager-to-please hotels nearby, so give this one a miss.
Travel tip : The best way to get to the Peak - Hong Kong's top attraction , is to get on any tram, get off at the Bank of China building and walk to the Funicular station. All for the pricely sum of HK $ 2.00

The room was excellent. It was clean, and roomy. The bathroom was very clean and tidy. The facilities in the hotel were also very clean and well kept. The staff was very polite and helpfull.
Bathroom shower was just a little too small
I liked the hotel very much. The staff, facilities, and the food was great. The location is also very good since it is so close to most of the touring places around Hong Kong. The hotel also has a tour desk where you can book tours around the islands. I think this is one of the best hotels on the Hong Kong Island, and for the price it is a must place to stay. I would reccommend this place for everyone from budget minded to the big spenders. I will stay there again next time I go.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Do as much as you can sightseeing. The trips are not long, but they are well worth the time. The night on the harbor dinner boat was the highlight of the trip.

The price and the room are acceptable at this local. Transport is easy to central of Hong Kong. Near Food restaurant.
It is not at shopping area.
It gives my friend a pleasant surprise when he checked in hotel. His room is upgrade to a higher level one which is a sea view room.

- Friendly, courteous and helpful staff
- Good exercise equipment and room
- Shuttle to airport express train station
- Crowded, cramped check-in area and bell desk
- No information provided from website or upon reservation about shuttle to hotel from airport express train station
Though the room was small, it was comfortable. It would have been very welcomed to have free, in-room Internet access. The only way to access the Internet was to purchase a card that provided access only for a continuous period of time, not allowing the user to stop and restart their time on the Internet. This was very dissastifying. It would have been helpful to be able to purchase postage stamps from the front desk. I would have appreciated free access to an English language, international newspaper, such as the International Herald Tribune or USA Today.
On the rating scale shown below, there is no option not to enter a response or to select "Not applicable". I did not done at the hotel so could not rate the food, yet I was compelled to make a response.
Hotel Feature Tip : Very close to public transportation

great value, nice room, good on-site customer service, location
difficult to reach hotel by phone (had to call many times before someone answered)
Overall, we were very pleased with our stay at the Ramada. We got a great deal on Agoda, so it was definitely a good value. I had read about the small rooms all over HK, but our room seemed plenty spacious to us. The location wasn't quite in the middle of the hustle & bustle of HK, but we loved the fact that the hotel is located right along the tram line, making it very easy to get around. We never took the MRT (subway) during our trip, but the hotel does offer a shuttle to the Central MRT station every 30 minutes (or you can just take the tram down).
One tip...I guess we didn't specifically request a double bed, because when we arrived we were given a room with two twin beds. Those beds were hard!! We asked to switch, but there were no other rooms available at that time. The staff was very helpful in helping us switch the next morning, though, and the new room was much nicer with a fairly soft bed.

good service, good location, good price
The hotel has a very convenient location although not in Central financial district. The tram stop is in front of the hotel. Convenient store and restaurants that open late are around the corner. Bedding and pillows are comfortable. The room size is better than expected. In short, all are good except one thing. There is no bath tub and the shower booth is too small. IN conclusion, I am happy and satistied and will come back in my next visit.

We arrived from Macau by ferry. The hotel is close to the ferry terminal.
We had three in a room. The layout is good. One bedroom with two beds and a single bed in the sitting room.
Needs a better coffe shop.
Internet should be free.
We were limited on were we could stay in Hong Kong because we wanted 3 in a room. The Ramada was one of the few Hong Kong hotels that offered this option. Check in Check out was easy. No hidden costs on the bill. Room rates cheap for the size of the rooms.
Restaurant Tip : Go out of the main enterence and turn left. 1 km up the road on the same side is a good restaurant called Kims Kitchen.

Clean and nice customer service.
Room is kind of small, however, all HongKong hotels in this price range might be like this.
It is my first trip to HongKong, so no comparison with other HongKong hotels, generally speaking, Ramada is small, but quite clean.

Ramada HK is a modern hotel on main stret. Friendly staff, nice clean room with impressive appearance.
In room safe is located on floor level inside the closet which makes it difficult to operate. Not too much shopping choices in the immediate vicinity.
Modern hotel with all the ncessities one would need while travelling. Rooms are quite small but accurate for 2 people to share. Comfortable bed with clean linens, hairdryer, etc. Upper floors have nice views of the surrounding areas. I was able to borow an umbrella from the concierge in a rainy day.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : The TRAM costs HK$2.00 (less than US$0.30) per trip stops right in front of this hotel. It is the most economical way for city tour in Hong Kong.

clean, beautifully decorated, friendly staff
pay for internet, distance from subway station
i really liked the hotel. i think it's a very nice 4* place to stay. i would only ask that reception staff offer new guests a map and the bus routes to the main centre of the city (an alternate to subway)
Hotel Feature Tip : near market to get some fruit, near A21 bus stop to airport

The room is good, nice interior, bed and bathroom good. Inside and outside the room are clean.
There is no free internet, we have to pay 25 HKD for 1 hour internet.
The room is good, have a nice interior and clean both inside and outside the room. The lobby is clean too. The location is good. There are tram in front of the hotel, which have route from the western and eastern of Hong Kong central. There is free suttle bus from hotel to Airport Express Hong Kong Station and ferry terminal. The staff are friendly and can speak english well, we can ask about transportation and many things about Hong Kong. There is no free internet and there no internet too near hotel. We can have internet in the hotel by paying 25 HKD.

Good location. A twenty minute stroll to the Central district. very nice if you get up before sunrise and walk along the harbour to catch the first ferry of the day. the hotel itself was pretty good for the price in HK. Good air-con, nice view from the 26th floor. Attentive but not overbearing staff who provided a swift check in.
The wi-fi was a bit pricey and inconvenient as you had to go to reception to get a card and pay each time. the room was a tad small.
Not a bad location. Just far enough out of the Central district that things were a little bit cheaper locally and more 'real' than the really touristy and business areas. The room was nothing special but the air con worked like a dream andeverything was super clean. The staff were very helpful.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : walk to the harbour in the monring and get on the first star ferry of the day to kowloon [6:30 am] look out the back of the ferry and watch as the sun rises over the harhbour lighting up HK island. STUNNING!!!

Best staff, nice rooms, very speedy check in and check out.
Internet is not Free, Rooms are little small if Three Bed.
The hotel is very nice, staff is very cooperative like we need a power converter for charging our laptop (bcos our adaptor doesn't fit into existing socket) but the operator doesn't know better English they sent immediately one person to our room to find what we need and provide immediately converter.
