Hotel staff are friendly and helpful in attending my request and they follow up to make sure I am happy with it. Hotel location is convenient located with a variety of food sold around the hotel that I won't have to travel very far to get food. Hotel lobby need to have more chairs for hotel guests waiting for rooms and shuttle bus service. Shuttle bus service provide by the hotel will be better at 15 minutes interval instead of 30 minutes. I am happy with the choice of the hotel selected, in term of location is located conveniently with the tram service and the tram stop right in front of the hotel lobby and with a wide variety of food selling at nearby streets. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful in attending my request and they even follow up to make sure I am happy with it. Gym equipments and facility is just enough for about 5 guests and it will be good to have more equipments for about 10 guests. Room that was provided for 3 person is spacious with partition that provide privacy for 3rd person.
Hotel Feature Tip : Make use of the hotel shuttle sevice which bring you to the nearest MTR. If you find bore in the room, get down to level 3 to have a good work at the gym.

spacious, nice bed and sofa We were suprise to see our hotel room, very spacious specially for my 19-month old son who loves walking around the room. We got good room at a good price. The extra bed was also excellent according to my cousin. The vicinity is also quiet with great access to convenient stores nearby. The tram (only HK$2) is a good transportation mode for a connecting trip to MTR central station. There is Free shuttle bus to the HK airport station.
Travel tip : Tram station going to/from MTR Central station is just across the street of the hotel. We only discovered it on our second day after experiencing long walk from the Sheung Wan MTR station (over 1km I think)

Easy Access by bus from airport
Good size room...with great storage options
All around great hotel...would come again Harbour views okay but blocked by other large structures... For Hong Kong the Ramada is a all around excellent Hotel. Easy access from the airport by citybus! We enjoyed the room having marble and extensive storage room and the room itself was suffiently large! Not to difficult to get around to Hong Kong Island via bus and its location! Last but not least the price was excellent probably can not be beat in Hong Kong for all of it emminities and price in Hong Kong overall! Definitely would stay again and highly recommended!

Checking in is fast and easy. Rooms are clean and reasonable for the price. Internet services are quite expensive. Not free Checking into the hotel is very easy. If you did not print out the confirmation slip, they have a computer at the front desk that can let you have access to your emails and print out the confirmation on the spot. Friendly service staff. Location is a little away from main shopping belt though but for the kind of price, the inconvenience is worth it.

It is fairly convenient to as a short Taxi ride is able to get you to most places. Friendliness of the staff. Hotel is very convenient as a short Taxi ride is able to get you to most nightspots. It is a long walk from the subway, however it is only a quick taxi ride away. The rooms are clean and fairly comfortable. Lobby and receptions is quite average and not particularly grand. In general, the hotel is worth staying at.
Nightlife Tip : Close to Lang Kwai Fong which is quite a popular night spot.

Close to Seafood St.
Quiet location. Nice, clean and neat hotel located in Western District on Hong Kong Island. Close to Seafood Street and the HK-Macau ferry terminal in Sheung Wan.
The staff were very attentive and professional and the hotel has many smoke-free floors. Some rooms have nice views of the harbour. There is a tram stop right outside the hotel, and is only 15min to Central for HK$2 a ride- the cheapest transport option in HK.

This hotel does not have the "wow factor". Just your basic hotel with no frills. Location is in a wholesale commercial district. Must take the tram to the closest MTR station. Standard rooms are small and the standard bed is very small.

good location, room was ok. staff were unpleasant and rude. this hotel is in a good location near to tram and mtr service. the hotel is clean, not alot of facilities, no swimming pool. room is quite small but has a good view, lighting was not great. bathroom was good, great shower. very expensive to eat or drink at the hotel. overall location wise would recommend for short stay but long stay and service wise would not recommend.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : tram service is right outside the hotel, which takes you outside the mtr service, which is linked all over hong kong.

The Ramada Hotel Hong Kong is located in Sai Wan, on the Western side of HK Island. It is right in the middle of the famous Seafood Street where store after store of merchants sell dried seafood varieties of all sorts. There is also a tram stop right outside the hotel, which gives access to Central, Wanchai and Causeway Bay for only $2HKD per trip (though they are quite slow). A trip to Central will usually take 15 minutes.
Overall, the rooms were clean, modern and well-maintained. Staff were professional and attentive. Enjoyable stay.

Location, price, friendly staff. Great location---can take light rail from Sheung Wan station and reach hotel in 5 min. Travel light though if you do this. Can use octopus card for light rail. Also great service. Great to have wireless internet available, though there is a charge. You can catch the A12 bus across the street for 40HKD/octopus swipe to the HK airport, which is convenient and CHEAP.

We booked a standard double room and got a seaview suite. It had taken a long time to go through the check-in process. The decoration was a bit old. The suite was useless to us as we got no guests. There was only a shower in the bathroom. The whole room was not small but each compartment was small. There were many small restaurants nearby. But if you want shopping, you will need to go to the central.
Travel tip : There was shuttle bus service connecting the hotel to the Macau Ferry Terminal in Sheung Wan and the International Finance Centre in Centre. Anyway, it was not frequent. Taking a tram (one way at HKD2 only) may be a better option as the tram stops were just outside the hotel.

Spacious room, clean, good service, convenient, near to Dried seafood street. not within walking distance to the nearest MTR No doubt it's some distance away from Sheung Wan MTR, but you can always take a tram that stops right in front of the hotel. We were granted high floor as requested and given a baby cot for my son without request at no extra charge. Convenience store, eating place and etc are within reach. You can also take a slow walk (~10 min) to the nearby Dried seafood street to get some goodies home. It's really a 4-star hotel at a 3-star price. It's a pleasant stay for our family.
