Hotel located at a good traffic point. And the crew were so friendly. But bed was so uncomfortable and I was so nervous because of other room's noise. Especially water sound(shower, toilet...) was so horrible. And the bath was so worn. A chamber pot did not work easily. When I push down the lever, the flushing water did not come out. Overall, the condition of the room was not satisfactory.

I think my experience was quite disappointing may be you will never post this on your site. Hotel is unclean dull and not for families at all. I will not recommend for families at all.
It is in good area
I was quite disaapointed with Ramada, Its rooms are not bigger then a store room either you can live or your luggage. another issue which any tourist will face is their non english speaking staff, dull rooms with no light at all. the rooms I think has not been upgraded since days of Adam. Highly disappointing
- Travel tip : great shopping area. around, well connected to MTR so no need to take taxi anywhere
Location is good

Overall the staff is very accommodating but the room need to be cleaned. The bedsheet and pillow case are not very clean. My wife got mite bite from the sleeping on the bed and this is terrible. The room AC is not working well even after we changed to another room it is still the same. Not value for money, I would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone.
Service is good, staff is helpful and responded fast to our complaints

We stayed 2 nights there. The location is good, shopping and restaurants are plentiful. Requested 2 non-smoking rooms and got it. The rooms are very small and in desperate need of updating. This Ramada Kowloon definitely can't compare to the one that we stayed at in North America, it can't be 3 stars hotel. we recommend Kimberly Kowloon, it is the same and it offer so much more and only 2 small blocks away from Ramada.
Location
small room and old
- Restaurant Tip : Do not eat at those restaurant beside the hotel, they charge 3-4 times than the other that are only a block away and better food.
No value for money.

We stayed two nights there, shopping and restaurants are all within walking distance. Rooms are small and very old. Staff service are good and lobby is extremely small. we booked Ramada, because anything that bears the Ramada name in North America are very nice and definitely not this one. For the same money we recommend Kimberly Kowloon, which is only two small blocks over, you will like it there.

Not a bad place to stay for the money. Easy walk to the MTR, Starbucks, shopping, and restaurants (check out the Knutesford Steps for dinner....many wonderful restaurants with international food). Helpful agent to assist you with China visas. Close to a great Cultural Museum across the street. Nice tree lined boulevard. Taxis easily available.
Close to restaurants and coffee shops.
No place to sit in the lobby! Too few chairs!
- Hotel Feature Tip : Wireless card available for your laptop or you can head to the Pacific Coffee Shop down the block and use their free Internet.
