little far away from downtown
an inexpensive hotel with three night are just slightly over 100 US dollares. The room is just all right but not quite four stars standard.I would say three stars will be much approciste. The hotel shuttle is not really worked for me because I woke up late so there is no shuttle after 9 am
then you have to bus to MTR station. Other than that the hotel overall is all right for the price
they charged. I don't mind stay there next time
if I am in a budget also most of time is out anyway.

Inexpensive, has all basic amenities (clean room with AC, TV with remote, phone)
No electric outlet and internet in the room (WiFi in the lobby)
Hotel is situated mid-way between HongKong airport and down town, but there is a good transportation to both via subway and minibus service to the subway station. The subway to/from the airport costs HK$60 each way, to downtown less than HK$10. Minibus to subway station is around HK$ 3 and Taxi HK$~30-50, depending on the traffic.
One side of the hotel is facing HK island few miles across the bay, but there is a large commercial shipping dock next to hotel with lot of cranes and containers. It's still nice view when you get a room at one of upper floors (hotel has 30 floors).
Most guests are chinees but the staff all speek english and are very accomodating. While the chceck-in time is at 2 pm, I arrived at 8 am and was given room as soon as one was cleaned at 9:20.
There is one restaurant in the hotel area, together with a few shops and 24hr convenience store. There is a lot of restaurants in the shopping mall at the closet subway station.
Restaurant Tip : Go to the shopping mall at the closest subway station. A lot of restaurants there.

View of the Rambler channel was nice, can see the victoria habour on a clear day
The floor wasn't carpet but tiled and with stains.
Not too convenient from the mtr station, need to take a taxi. We checked in at night but the room was hot, the lowest temperature for the air con was 17 and it wasn't strong. It took like half an hour to cool the room. There are 2 restaurants at the basement with a super market, they provided very economical essentials. no double bed & the corridor & lift were not air-conditioned. Pretty noisy cos of the cargo terminal, should be worse on weekdays.
Restaurant Tip : check out the restaurants at the basement, they serve food till 9pm
