dirty bed and small room, but service is ok

don't feel bad,i would like they offer me a clean blankets and pilows. the blankets, sheets and pilow seemed be washed already but there were alot of dirt on them, i thouth they don't use them for a long time. the people is ok, except a guy who might be working at the parking department, yeid at the cunstomes (not me)because the life was full he couldn't up.

Nice Hotel with good view

The view of the hotel is good. However, some of the facilities, i.e. toilet, should be repaired as it will be easily congested. Staffs are very nice. However, more manpower should be put on the front desk.

Nice hotel but quite small rooms

New location,quite remote from shopping complex,But near airport.
I choose this because,ill be arrving late and i wanna save for taxi.so,next day i go to another hotel in kowloon.but its all the same,for backpackers not so bad,but not for family.

Hotel with nice view and nice staff

i am satisfied with the hotel. the view of hotel is nice (you can see the victoria harbour). the staff is extraordinary nice too who cares much about my needs. however they are still improvement on their facilities (i.e. toilet, with gross smell even it was cleaned)
Shopping Tip:
There are some fast food shop in the plaza near the hotel.

the view is very good which is facing the harbor. yet the bed is placed strangely. it blocks the walkway. we could not enjoy the view as the bed is placed far away from the window. not enough towels. no toiletries.

Great location but small rooms
Very near to the mini-bus station which will take you to the nearest MTR station, near to the airport and to Disneyland.

overall, our stay in the hotel was quite good. it is just a great place to sleep after your whole day itinerary. you have to pay for the wifi access. transportation is not a problem for this hotel. at first, you will find that the hotel is like a province but when you discover where the bus station is, you will then surely feel that it is very conjusive for any traveller. we have an elderly who is with us but we encountered no problems with regard to transportation.
