Recreatives areas and sauna Internet, at the price of the room doesn't make sense that internet is to expensive at bussines center It is a place quit and comfortable that we can spend a little time to have a nice rest

Just one week before staying I was hit by a taxi and have been unable to walk by myself. When I tell this point to Regal Airport, they provide special care, i.e. wheelchair service from/to Hong Kong airport, passing special room. When I ordered them to prepare a wheelchair, there was no reply from hotel side, and I reconfirmed by myself from Singapore by international call, it cost expensive, so it's not very kind of them. Special care for injured person is good enough, they have well prepared equipments, service.
The location, of course is the most convenient to go to the airport. The room was very easy to move, stay in though I cannot walk very well.
Their hardware is good, so they need to improve software

Very convenient to Terminal 1.
Short walk in enclosed bridge.
Business hotel with restaurants and services.
Desk personnel very pleasant. Superior room was on club level so very nice buffet sufficed for dinner including alcoholic and non- alcoholic drinks. Breakfast starts at 0630 and unable to make that. Internet access within the club avoids necessity to pay for same in your room.
Room clean, well kept, very quiet despite being close to terminal.
