Good place but it is too big for me

we left our airplane that's why we had to spend one more night here. it was a 5 star hotel so not so cheap, but it was near to airport and compared with other hotels in hong kong + travelling cost it worth it. more than 1000 rooms means the reception always busy and not so kind. the room was small specially the bed but otherwise perfect.

extra poor internet connections!!!! air conditioning thermostat did not work effectively. restaurant prices exorbitantly high! light switches not clearly marked. poor instructions for calling internationally. overall, we did not have a good experience at regal! will consider other options in the future and will not recommend it to traveling friends.

Nice Hotel - Served It's Purpose

nice sized room. clean and quiet. what more could you ask for. we got there at 9pm and quickly checked in. 9:15pm we were out the door to downtown hk. will get you a same day round trip ticket on the airport express and 26 minutes later i was jumping in a cab to go eat at my favorite malaysian restaurant in the wan chai. had dinner and drinks and was back to hotel by 12:15. the next morning, it was easy to get to my 7:50 flight with not a lot of stress of having to get to the airport in time.
Travel tip:
the airport express and mtr are close by so it makes getting to city a real breeze.

Best choice for HK airport

The check-in was swift, despite large number of travellers. A pleasant surprise was the quietness of the room, being located quite close to the runway.
I really liked the free shuttle bus service to the Gateway shopping arcade (about 10 minutes ride), a good place for shopping and food.
Another good service is the free week-long luggage storage option after check-out, much cheaper than the one at the airport.

lovely room, great bathroom, and amazing location next to airport and next to the train station with quick connections into kowloon or central hong kong. only complaint was spotty wi-fi.

my flight only two hours bangkok /hong kong.arrival hotel must carry own luaggage to check in would feel sorry for older people from long hual flights,before i had finished checking in they where asking when i was checking out,my flight was at 11:55 next day he suggested that 07:00 was a good time to check out????left 10:00 not going back.i was also asked to leave a 500hk$ for use of mini-bar? had to call house keeper for them to open it
spoke with an airline pilot he said all of the above was normal.
Travel tip:
if it were not for location ( Airport) Iwould NOT have stayed there
