honestly, not a good hotel

something good: really good location, very convenient to airport, by walking no more than 5 minutes
something i do not like:
not value for money. not well equipped room, lots of equipments are broken (or not working, like the door of cabinet cannot be closed). the cover and the bed are humid, not comfortable.

Great hotel and service
Beds are wide enough, bedding and pillows are so comfortable!!

Great staying and i LOVE their pillows!!
Go try the japanese restaurant if you would like have a dinner without going out of the hotel. It was really awesome taste but kind of expensive.

Just what we needed
Location and room quality and bed size

Had an 8 hr stop over so booked to try to get some sleep with a young baby. Plane arrived an hour late which reduced our time in the room to only 5.5 hrs. Had the rate not been as good, then might not have been worth it. Room was excellently presented with large bed and ebetter coffee machine and extras than most. Room size very good. Hotel did not provide a cot as requested with the booking, but bed big enough for the 3 of us.
Very short walk from customs.

Brillian place to stay
Upgrade allowed late check out, breafast in Regal club, and shuttle to other Regal hotels

we would definately stay at this hotel every time we go to hong kong in the future. very clean. rooms good size. upgrade to regal club for just allowed a late checkout at 8 pm, breakfast and cocktails in club and free shuttle into regal at kowloon.

The location of the hotel is great for those who transit through Hong Kong. Also, while you travel to other countries, they allow you to leave the luggage in their hotel up to 7 days for free which is fantastic. However, in-room wifi is not free.

i was not too impressed with the rooms. i changed rooms, only in the 3rd one that it did not smell like cigarettes. the hotel does install no-smoking sign, but it's just people do not respect it. maybe the hotel should install smoke detectors in the room not only in the hallways. otherwise, the staffs are great, concierge are great, spa and gym is wonderful too. price is quite expensive, but very easy access from the hk airport.

My wife and I arrived from Chongqing at 8 pm, and as were to leave for Japan at noon the next day we selected this hotel. It was a wise choice and saved us much hassle.
At the check-in counter, we were offered an upgrade of our reservation for an extra charge and we accepted. This entitled us to use the Regal Club and to have snacks and drinks there. We could also do the check out here, instead of having to line up to do so the next day.
Due to the location of the hotel especially and the friendly service we received,I would probably stay there again if faced with the same travel arrangements we had to conform to.
