If you have an early am flight from HK airport this is the best place to be, walk to your gate, about 5 minutes!

The room was nice and staff seem to be very helpful, however the very big let down and dissapointment was numerous hairs found all over the bathroom!!!
Also I have phoned room services to ask for more bottled water and it was never delivered.
I paid £150 for one night without breakfast and think it was a quite a bit overpriced for what it was.

Hotel with great convenience

Standard hotel service but since September this year, this hotel has appliied the mid day check out standard instead of 24 hours use of the room. While it is great to be allowed a late check out, as late as 4pm, still, it is unlike 24 hours use of the room from check in. Rather disappointed!

Given I dio not get to the hotel until 12.30am, I could enjoy the facilities as it was very late and as I paid for 1 day the value was not forseen. The rooms are a little old and thought for the price paid to be newer than they were. I understand the rate is based on the location being close to the airport, but when I was only there for a total of 7 hours was a little expensive.

I fly from US to Malaysia via Hong Kong for business. My plan was to stop by Hong Kong for one day to visit a client and then continue on to Kuala Lumpur the following morning. I pick this hotel because it is right by the Hong Kong airport. My flight landed at Hong Kong around 7:30am and I arrived hotel around 9am to check-in. The front desk refuse for early check-in stated that a $500.00 additional charge for early check-in. This is unheard of in US as typically if there is room available, hotel will let you check-in as long as it is the same day. I had only one day in Hong Kong for business and was going to take a shower after check-in then head in to City to take care of business. If I wait until the "official" check-in time of 2pm, my whole day will be gone. After wasting half hour arguing with the front desk and finally the manager on duty agreed to let me check in early but stated that I have to check out the hotel around the same time the next day. My flight leaves at 8am the following day anyway. what a "cheap" hotel! Try to squeeze money out of guest in whatever way it can. Very in human. Will never, ever stay in this hotel again.
