Well organized for me as I needed a quiet comfortable place to sleep in a long layover. Only problem was trying to get out of the airport to get to the hotel- I had to get someone to escort me out which took time. I was tired and a bit irritable! Is. There any way this can be called a transit hotel and provision made for this kind of passenger? Information told me there was no transit hotel so I had to find you through Agoda on the Internet. Not clearly advertised.

On the whole, our experience at this hotel was very positive. The rooms were spacious, rates were reasonable, staff was friendly, and the location and ease of public transport could not be beat. There were some issues with cleanliness (there was a sizable cockroach in the hall and the sheets had stains, ). The food at the restaurants was very good and there were a variety of options with friendly staff, but the service was pretty poor at the restaurants. On the whole, I would stay here again. If the hotel could iron out those few kinks with cleanliness and service, I would call this one of my favorite hotels.
