I spent a night at the hotel. Walking distance to airport which make it rather convenient. Staff are helpful and friendly. There's no free wifi in the room which I thought was quite inconvenient and free wifi is only available in the lobby for 2hours only. The room is big and comfortable and so is the toilet. However, you can tell that the room is rather old (especially the toilet). It is clean but not to the extent of very clean. I think there is still room for improvement for the room standard given that it is a 5 star hotel. Because we booked through agoda and told them we will not be using mini bar and hence they locked the mini refrigerator. I thought we could still use it to ice our drinks

Convenient
decent rooms for an airport hotel

I had a late flight in and a very early flight out, the hotel's location is great for a stopover of that nature where you want to practically be on top of the airport. Am not sure what other reason you would have for staying there, but for that purpose the hotel itself is more than adequate. Perhaps a touch overpriced for it's location outside of convenient for the airport.

I had to catch early flight so I paid . For me it was a ok room but nothing special. you have no wifi no breakfast and no smile from the staff. It certainly is convenient location, but for me it dosent worth the money.

I often stay at this hotel when I have a morning flight out of Hong Kong. The somewhat high cost is probably justified by the lack of other alternatives so close to the airport, but I suggest that some attention is needed to accommodate costumer expectation. For example, having requested a non-smoking room it is no good to be offered a smoking room because the hotel is full, and then be informed that a non-smoking room can be made available if I accept to pay for an upgrade....

Great locattion and spacious room

it is really convinience for people has very tight schedule. like us, need to rush to town for meeting and yet need to catch flight in the early morning the next day, it is really ideal location. yet, we are able to have good rest for that night and catch the early flight.hotel is very clean,room is spacious,staff are friendly, a pleasant stay.
