i stay in this hotel with my mom companion. my mom already 80+ years old, location of the hotel really suit us, while waiting for my daughter to arrive from toronto. although was a transit night, still we can get our food beneath our walking distant. my mom can rest in a comfortable and clean room. and i can get her nice breadfirst too.she really enjoy although one stay for one night.

Good transit location for travellers.

Our daughter got sick on the flight and luckily there was a doctor in the hotel plazaarea and he was excellent and treated her immediately.

Great Hotel, Great Food, and Great Service
near shopping areas mtr, and star ferry

this is a great location for shoppers because it is directly connected to one of the longest malls in hong kong. the hotel was also great because it was near the kowloon park, which is one of the best and well taken care of parks i have seen so far. the gate way marco polo was also great because it was near the mtr and the star ferry. we had a really great time, and the staff made our stay really comfortable.

Hotel location is very convenient and within walking distance to the airport terminal. Arrived in the evening and needed to catch an early morning flight the next day.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Recommend staying at a different hotel if you are interested in sightseeing in Hong Kong.

Clean Modern room with quality tea bags and a kettle to boil water, not just a coffee maker.

this is a great hotel if you are in hong kong for just an overnight stopover as it is connected to the airport. reception area etc is very nice but rooms do not have the look of a five star hotel. the rooms are okay but looking a bit tired and dated. it is expensive for what you get. if you are spending time in hong kong, dont stay there but if you have an overnight stopover, it is very convenient.
