Fantastic airport location

lovely room, great bathroom, and amazing location next to airport and next to the train station with quick connections into kowloon or central hong kong. only complaint was spotty wi-fi.

my flight only two hours bangkok /hong kong.arrival hotel must carry own luaggage to check in would feel sorry for older people from long hual flights,before i had finished checking in they where asking when i was checking out,my flight was at 11:55 next day he suggested that 07:00 was a good time to check out????left 10:00 not going back.i was also asked to leave a 500hk$ for use of mini-bar? had to call house keeper for them to open it
spoke with an airline pilot he said all of the above was normal.
Travel tip:
if it were not for location ( Airport) Iwould NOT have stayed there

good rooms, very soundproof, right at airport so 5minuits walk

Easy to get to as right in airport with easy walk from arrivals. Does 24 hour rate which is great for stop overs and breaking long flight journey like Sydney to London.
Nice hotel with high standards for rooms with good sound proofing.
Service lets it down with slow check-in and poor response times.
Nice swimming pools.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Big Budda nearby.

the location is excellent and the next door airport has all the necessary transportation modes. the staff is pleasant and efficient. it is surprisingly quiet. and the room is more than adequate.

I had to overnight in Hong Kong, this hotel is connected to the airport by a walkway approx. 5 minutes from the terminal.
Hotel Feature Tip:
If you book through a travel agent i.e. on-line the hotel will not offer frequent flier points with any of the airlines it has agreements with.

the most attractive feature is its inter-connectivity with the airport terminal building which means that i could get to the hotel from the airport arrival hall by walking through air-conditioned linkways (about 5-minute walk).the hotel has many nice restaurants but if that is not enough, one could always visit the restaurants at the airport terminal. rooms are modern and comfortable but internet access is chargeable. the hotel also does not have loyalty program tie-ups with airlines which is disappointing. for its own loyalty program, i was told that points are not awarded if booking is through an external online website like agoda.

Location is perfect, but mould in the bathroom!

this hotel is expensive and lots of money spent on "face", but most customers passing through between flights. the bed was great but the lights could not all be put out without turning off power (and thus ac), tub did not drain and grout in bathtub was full of mould. wi fi not free.
Shopping Tip:
Go into airport for free wi fi.
Noon buffet in hotel is fantastic
