Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.

Position in Causeway bay is fine
Rate is attractive
Mini bar not well organized and positioned, and not checked well since we were told we used one bottle of water whereas we bought water outside the hotel during our full stay in HK
- Arrival was quite fast but it is noted there was nearly no queue
- Room was fine and clean
- The general aspect of the hotel is fine and might require renovation in about a year
- Check out was a bit longer than expected but the service was generally good.

Good location next to shopping area and MTR.
The hotel is so old and service also very poor.
Never see any hotel like this, they charge me with extra bed but I have to wait until 9.00pm. to have it. Besides, this extra bed is as comfortable as sleeping on the stone. With the price they charged, I expect much more than what i've got. I swear to god I will never visit this hotel again.
