lovely hotel and great location

hotel room was clean and tidy, but it was a bit too small for fam with 1 kid. Hotel was in great location not too far from shopping area. The staff was friendly and can spoke english. Price wise is a lil bit expensive, maybe because of the area. You can get better hotel with that range of price, but of course far from shopping area. wifi is not free, i think the hotel in this price range should had it free for wifi. overall, it was a good hotel especially if you like shopping.

the date and time of my arrival happened to be unfavorable as there was street protest at that time and it happened right in front of the hotel which i had chosen. there was no free wifi from this hotel unlike others which i had stayed.

good business hotel with great location located in the heart of the commercial area of Hong Kong. Staff is not caring, lies, always tries to sell you a higher priced room, forget to book the baby cot or additional room. To use as a business hotel.
Restaurant Tip:
Do not go the hotel's restaurants but try one of the thousand little restaurant from the neighborhood.

I only stayed there for one night, however I'm quite pleased with the service. The queue for the front desk was arranged neatly by the staff, no guest is allowed to cut the queue, which was quite rare in hong kong. The room was great even tho it is quite small for the price, however I can still enjoy atmosphere with my gf. One bad thing is that the bed sheet has a small hole.
