Excellent location but old hotel
Very convienient location that you can enjoy great food nearby

Great location that you can go shopping and enjoy food in walking distance. A lot of shopping malls nearby. A very old french decorated hotel and it really needs redocoration. Very surprised that no free seating area in the lobby that you cannot find a place to wait for your friends. Room is comparatively big in Hong Kong and hope the hotel will have some refurbishment in our next visit.

Staff very helpful and cheerful. Ideal location for sh0pping within walking distance of MRT. Had a very pleasant stay at the REGAL HK. Would return ! Deal set up by AGODA was good

The Regal Hotel is a fairly decent hotel, slightly old but acceptable. What you pay for is basically for its location. Overall a decent experience but the staff isn't the most competent at times.

Older hotel with great location
Ding Tai Fung is located right by the lobby of the Hotel

The Regal has an undoubted advantage over other hotels in Causeway Bay because of its location, only steps to multiple food/convenience stores its location is truly unbeatable for tourist going for shopping as the major Causeway Bay shopping district is in its backyard.

Pleasant stay..would prefer free wifi. The pool is nice and breakfast very good. It would be nice to have an area in the lobby to sit down and wait for guests or friends. Currently just have a coffee shop where one is forced to buy drinks.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Nearby Victoria Park. Take a tram ride, just outside the hotel

This is a good service hotel and the people over here is kind , the hotel is clean but a little bit small, quite comfortable hotel. The location also very convenient to walk through the shoplots, for a few days trip, wif family, this is not bad to stay.

Not pleasant during check-in process due to no chairs available for waiting. You must be left standing & endure the wait. Very unpleasant especially when you arrive from a long-haul flight awaiting a room to rest.
Restaurant Tip:
A lot of restaurants around Causeway Bay to choose from so no need to go farther for good food.

i cannot even have a place to sit on while waiting for my daughter to finish the check-in procedure especiallythat i have arthitis. not a friendly place for senior citizens.
Shopping Tip:
Lots of shopping place and dining around Causeway Bay can be reached by foot.
